She's real, caring, and very down to earth. It's almost like there is no boundary between her and the tenant. Complete empathy. When I met her at the property I was struck by how friendly and approachable she was as well as very informed about the property. She guided me through the whole process in a professional yet friendly way and was alway in contact about the process and easy to contact when I had questions. I have no hesitation in recommending them. I would not have purchased my property without the encouragement, help and huge support from them. Use them when you can.

I was selling a shared ownership flat so the process was quite long but I felt supported throughout by the team, particularly Oliver who was always on hand to answer any questions. They are completely trustworthy and I didn't have any qualms with giving them a spare set of keys for viewings. I ended up moving out slightly earlier then the completion date so the team were happy to deal with key handover on the day too so I didn't need to return. I felt I received a personal service and you weren't just a number on the books.
