The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

The team were friendly, professional and helpful throughout, keeping us informed and making the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible. They were always happy to answer any questions and went above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend William H Brown Ramsey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Excellent service from start to finish :)
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We sold and purchased houses in St. Ives with Wellington Wise and have been amazed at the quality of service. We had true end-to-end support from Sarah and Charley in particular - from early valuation discussions and buying advice, through to completion of the chain. Communication was always top notch, very prompt and usually by phone with a lengthy supporting e-mail trail.<br><br>You hear a lot about the stress of buying/selling houses and while this is somewhat true, in our case the agent only made things easier and relaxed. This was especially helpful to us as it took us a while to find our next house after selling. I would absolutely use Wellington Wise's services again.

5th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)I found the whole experience wonderful all the staff where brilliant and so helpful they couldn't do enough for you each member of staff where so good and helpful it didn't matter how many times you phoned or went in they didn't mind Claudio was brilliant Ella showed all my viewers round and was brilliant Ryan was always there answering questions paul and peter where there to help I found the whole experience very rewarding and would reccomend the yaxley branch to anyone the experience of moving is so stressful but they all made easier everyone in the office couldn't do enough for and to make the experiance as easy as possible we got there in the end thanks to all the staff at yaxley

Communication has been faultless, from the initial valuation to each appointment to view to prompt, accurate and reassuring answers to each of our questions. Definitely recommend Giggs & Co. 20th Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Again if it wasn't for Gary I don't think our house sale would have happened.<br>When we decided to sell there was only one person that we trusted to do the job.<br>Professional in his appearance and in his attitude he arranged and conducted viewings with enthusiasm. He communicated constantly with ourselves and our buyers to make sure all parties were happy and kept informed of any situation. He was always there when you needed him!<br>No amount of questions or queries were too much trouble even when he was supposed to be on holiday!<br>Then when it came to our house purchase he was on hand again to help. Contacting the other agents and solicitors to make sure all went smoothly.<br>He certainly earns our respect.<br>There are many estate agents out there but I doubt you would find one better.<br>If you want total confidence he is your man.

Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.

As first time buyers my wife and I really appreciate the way that Amaan was always available to help us through the entire process, I would recommend other first time buyers use his services as there are so many unknowns when it comes to purchasing your first property and we felt we had someone help guide us the whole way.
