The market us not great at this time, there are many houses on the market and sone for several months so ism am not commenting regarding time we were on the market with them or lack of veiwings. There was a lack of communication from our agent and as the market is slow, we didn't feel that they wanted to try other ways like an open house idea or more social media presence.

Managing the sale from overseas added some complexity, but Paul made it incredibly straightforward, regularly keeping me updated, providing useful market feedback and often responding well outside normal working hours to accommodate the significant time difference.<br><br>What stood out most was how proactive and personally involved he was throughout. He didn’t simply pass things on to others; he took ownership, chased actions across all parties and helped drive the sale through to completion.<br><br>I’m extremely appreciative of the service I received and would have no hesitation recommending the William H Brown Yaxley team, and Paul in particular, to anyone looking to sell a property in the area.

They have provided a fantastic service, from marketing our property, showing potential buyers around, and being available to answer any questions on the way. They very much work as a team, which means there is always someone to answer queries or pass it to the person dealing with it. All personnel are friendly and courteous, and take time to fully explain any queries. I can wholeheartedly recommend Thomas Morris as an excellent company to engage when selling your home.

He immediately put us at ease, he was clear with the process and discussed the valuation rather than told us as other agents had. We were always kept informed of viewings including cancellations. They were extremely helpful with solicitors paperwork, printing, scanning and even forwarding to help us out. The whole team should be praised for their professionalism and we would recommend them without any hesitation. He kept us informed at every stage, answered all of our questions (and there were a lot of them), and kept the whole thing moving when it could easily have stalled. She’s one of those rare estate agents who genuinely loves helping people find their dream home — and it shows in every interaction.<br><br>From the start, Charlotte was incredibly patient and never made me feel rushed, even when I had very specific requirements and a few strong opinions about what I didn’t want. She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and kept refining the search until she was finding properties that were almost perfect matches. In fact, she found me the right house three separate times — the only thing that held me back was the infrastructure around the properties, which is entirely down to the council and completely outside her control.<br><br>What I appreciated most was her enthusiasm.
