9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Contacted Nicholas on their chat service twice, 02nd and 05th Mar 2026 to arrange a visit by one of their valuers. No one called back in response to either contact. I was surprised and disappointed and so sent an e-mail to Andrew Harwood on 06th Mar, their Residential Director in Sevenoaks to make him aware and ask someone to call me as matter or urgency. No call back as of 09th Mar. Shocking. If that's how they deal with Sellers, what opportunities are being missed with potential buyers??

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.

30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have used Finn in 2016 buying a property to let. Their service is great. I used them again in 2018 for selling a 16th century property that other agency could not find any buyers during the two years before 2018 but fantastic team at Finn managed to fid a buyer for that 10 bedroom property. In 2025, decided to sell my second home and Finn mamaged to find a buyer after 6 to 8 weeks and the sale was completed end of January 2026. Thank you Finn and your customer friendly staff.

From the very first day of valuing right through to completion, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! Thanks to their support the sale went far more smoothly than we expected. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you again for all your help!

After having a few bad experiences with other estate agents and the offer process, Ismail was a breath of fresh air. He made everything feel calm, reassuring, and far less stressful than we expected. Although there were some delays to completion, Ismail never once failed to communicate clearly and efficiently, keeping us informed every step of the way. His service was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. We would highly recommend I Am Real Estate to anyone looking to buy or sell a property — especially if you want an agent who genuinely cares and makes the process feel manageable.

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!

You couldn't ask for a better company to look after you when it comes to selling a property from the very start to completion The communication from Mac & Ellis is 5 Star ++++++ I would absolutely recommend Mac , to anyone who's looking at selling. Ellis kept us up to date with his emails insuring we had all the information, 5 star +++++ I've used a high st estate agent once and they don't come no where near the standards of Meldone Estates Their hard work deserves more than 5 stars . 24th Feb 2026 (23 days ago)I've been well supported by Michael and Carlos throughout the sale of my brother's retirement apartment. Despite the disappointment of an early buyer pulling out, and then my brother passing away, so we had to start again ; they were always positive and diligent to keep things moving. The communication was always good but not in a over pushy way, as can be the case with some agents. Retirement apartments are rarely a straightforward sale but we got the job done very smoothly in the end. Highly recommended from my perspective.
