14th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)10/10 would recommend! Wendy, Tina, Ashley and the team at Maguire Baylis have been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the process of buying my first home! I can not recommend Macquire Baylis enough, and they have made the process as smooth as it can be. I endeavoured a lot of challenges with solicitors but the team at Maguire Baylis went above and beyond, explaining things my solicitor failed to explain, and helping progress the purchase from start to end, persevering despite the challenges and getting us to complete. I can not thank them enough!

20th Jan 2022 (4 years ago)I can’t speak highly enough of Albert Grace Estate Agent. The professionalism, knowledge and honesty are very much appreciated and respected. They are friendly and hard workers. Who else can help you at 9pm when you have an issue?? :)) Definitely it will be Malay and Mansi. They are always happy to help, they are incredibly good with people and has a knack for matching the tenant with the owner…. making it the perfect fit for a property.
30th Sep 2025 (7 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine

I cannot recommend this company enough they are amazing.

From start to finish they have been so helpful and super communicative with us, explaining the process from end to end, and offering helpful guidance throughout. We really felt supported in the sale process and felt they had our best interests at heart. We also really liked the dedicated WhatsApp group for all sale related discussions - it was super easy and quick to get answers to any questions we had. We would happily work with them again if we ever come back to the Folkestone area, and would definitely recommend them to anyone we knew looking to go on the market.

There were a few hiccups over the 7 months it took for us to finally exchange, but both Jeanette and Annabel were on hand the whole time to help us through it. From the very first day of valuing right through to completion, the whole team were professional, responsive and genuinely helpful. Buying or selling a house can be stressful, but they kept us informed at every stage and were always quick to answer questions or chase updates if and when needed. What stood out most was how proactive they were — they didn’t just pass messages along, they actively helped move the process forward and kept communication clear between all parties. We always felt they cared about getting things right rather than just closing a sale. Their marketing is exceptional and we sold our property within 3 weeks of it going live online! Thanks to their support the sale went far more smoothly than we expected. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. Thank you again for all your help!

They made sure to learn as much as possible about area, viewings were well planned and we had only serious buyers through the door. When it came to offers times, we were lucky to have multiple offers and Maison team were amazing at directing us to buyer that was best fit. Support through whole process was amazing with constant status update all they way up to completion and after! Fantastic team and we will df be using them for our future sales x

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)My experience with Paul from Ewe Move has been nothing short of exceptional. He sold my house within one week, what my other agent was unable to do in six months. Paul truly goes above and beyond. A breath of fresh air to find someone who is always there on the end of the phone to answer your queries and after sales is no different he is with you every step of the way till completion. Paul has the natural ability to take any negatives that may impact your sale and turn them into positives. To get this level of service which is at least three thousand less on average than other Estate Agents is win win for me. If you want to alleviate as much stress as possible and have a positive, quick sale, then believe me they really don’t get any better than Paul Rai!!, thank me later, Jo

Throughout the process Kevin kept us updated with clear and timely communications and went above and beyond. Kevin and the team were chasing up solicitors and parties in the chain and doing more than all the other agents put together to ensure that completion happened before Christmas. Anyone thinking of selling should not go anywhere else!

From the moment I called him up to express interest in the property he had listed, he was exceptionally helpful and attentive to my needs as a buyer. Michael was the key driver in getting my purchase over the line, with his strong communication in liaising, and his proactivity to get things done. I 100% recommend him, especially if you’re less experienced in buying. Alongside Michael, I was also very pleased with Carlos too. Whenever I had any questions, he was always enthusiastic and determined to help me where possible, particularly in Michael’s absence. Thanks so much!
