He found us fantastic tenants and made renting a simple process with no issues . When we later on sold the property he was fantastic. In fact the whole process just took a few months. He found a buyer quickly and helped explain anything to us that we did not understand. From start to finish proctors have been brilliant. And I highly recommend them for tenancies and selling| buying.

Even before the initial meeting with him he had done some research and really had a feel for what type of property we are selling and what the most likely buyers would be looking for. David has kept us informed every step of the way and provided really helpful feedback to help us find our buyer. We would completely recommend David to anyone selling their property.

We were very impressed with the number of viewings and feedback. Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.

Hoping not to waste the trip, we contacted Finn’s about another property and, despite it not being scheduled, Joe kindly made time to show us around. That property turned out to be the perfect home for our family.<br><br>From that very first meeting, Joe took the time to understand our circumstances and how much this purchase meant to us. Throughout what became a lengthy and, at times, complex process, he remained steadfast, patient, and incredibly supportive. No matter how many questions we had or how stressful things became, Joe was always available to provide reassurance, updates, and honest guidance.<br><br>What stood out most was Joe’s genuine belief in us and his commitment to helping us reach the finish line. We never felt like just another transaction; we felt supported every step of the way. Michael came and valued my property and it's clear talking to him that he is very professional and passionate about his business. Karen and Emma are a brilliant team, I found the whole process of selling and moving very difficult and a bit traumatic at times and these two lovely ladies held my hand and guided me through the process.
