Once the offer had been accepted the sale was dealt with very efficiently. Those that we had the most contact with were Ben, Shannon, Sanyell, and Jake. All helped to make the process so much easier and it was a pleasure to work with you. Thank you so much, I will certainly be recommending your services.

From day one, they’ve always been professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Lisa is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that tenants feel heard and looked after. Any issues I’ve had over the years have been addressed promptly and with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find a property management team that truly values both the property and the people living in it — but Lisa and her team really do. I feel lucky to be renting through them, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and friendly agency.

4th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)We chose Radfords as they are a small, local company. We were rewarded with exemplary personal service. Due to external issues it turned out to be a tricky and stressful sale. However this was mitigated by the professional, friendly service we received from Radfords. It didn’t matter which member of the team emailed or left a message, whoever answered the phone or replied knew exactly what the situation was and how to help. When calling I never needed to say more than my name. The whole team have gone over and above to complete the sale of our family home.

9th Jul 2026 (7 weeks ago)Update-on viewing a different property recently Liam apologised for the missed viewing. He then made himself immediately available to show me the property I wanted to see in Jan 26 and 4 others in the same block even through this was not booked and he was pushed for time. I hope we can both now put this incident behind us and move on.<br><br>I traveled 225 miles to view and Liam didn’t turn up. I called their office, left a voice mail and they didn’t return my call even though the office was open because I passed later in the day and popped in. The lady did apologise but insinuated it was my fault because I booked the viewing approx. 4 weeks earlier. Still no call from Liam to this day.

Although we had a very long buying process (due to issues with the length of lease, and share of freehold ownership - which were down to the seller) Lewis was always on the other side of the phone, and worked his socks off to get the deal done. I really felt that he went above and beyond what most estate agents would be willing to do. Very human, very responsive and working with Lewis made the transaction much more pleasant. Would highly recommend their services.

10th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)I contacted Russell at first on looking at reviews . I had been with other agents for over a year without success . Within a week of signing up with Russell I had 4 viewings , one of which made an offer which resulted in an exchage of contracts in February 2026. It has been a bit of a long route due to my not finding a property but we got there in the end due to great service from Russell himself, Jenny and our progresser Kirsty who was on the case all the time. You will not go wrong with Russell , he is honest, straightforward, always available and goes that extra mile as do all of the team.
