Communication was excellent from everyone involved in the process, from arranging first viewing to picking up the keys. Jeremy, Helen and Emma were quick to respond to queries and were extremely knowledgeable. A special shout out to Emma, who followed the sale from start to finish, updating me at every step, reassuring me that the sale was progressing, no matter what obstacles came along.
29th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)This agency "managed" my house rental very poorly with no push for any rent increase over 8 years+ and no on-site visit during this whole period despite being a contractual obligation, probably due to agency being extremely lazy as well as corruption for having some form of relationship with my tenants. I strongly recommend you avoid using this agency.

They were always approachable, kept us updated, chased things when needed, and were proactive in helping to overcome the many challenges we faced. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and their dedication and persistence played a huge part in getting the purchase over the line.<br><br>Buying a property can be stressful, but having a team that genuinely cares and works tirelessly on your behalf makes all the difference. 16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Maddison’s have given me an outstanding service and more importantly one of their superb sales team managed to find a buyer for a flat l was selling that wasn’t anything special at all and furthermore was up against immense competition. It was through her superb negotiating skills that a buyer was secured and completion is happening next week.<br>Once you have a buyer you are allocated a Sales Progression Manager who gives you a weekly update of everything that is developing with your sale. Again this service is superb as you are kept in the loop every step of the way. Any and every query you might have pertaining to the sale is answered quickly and effectively.<br>It is unusual to pay estate fees in advance but Maddison’s offer a service that goes way beyond most other estate agents. They are a huge asset to Tunbridge Wells.

Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Honestly a misery living here now on Saxon shore Canterbury especially with the bully from moat that pick only on curtain individually the constant dust from the 10+ machines living around our property (wasn’t there when moving in now we live on a builders yard) builders using up our parking space in a restricted space area even tho they have there own car park made for them, can’t open windows do to the machine parked next to us and not water damping to keep the dust down and the cars are getting ruined everyday because there getting thick covers in dust moat doesn’t allow us to have access to outdoor tap so lovely moat cut it off so there no outside water coming out, so be prepared to spend out a minimum 10 ish pound a day to TRY keep your car clean

Their process is clear and straightforward.<br>A special mention to Jazmyn, who was so incredibly helpful and amazingly prompt with all her responses. Paul was also fantastic and so understanding when arranging the viewing. What stood out the most was how genuinely they understood our needs and sense of urgency. You truly feel listened to and supported. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

28th Jul 2026 (26 days ago)I have dealt with a few Estate Agents in my time and always felt that they did very little to earn their fee.<br>What a pleasant and refreshing change it was dealing with the team at Kings. Selling a house is extremely stressful, but I always felt Kings had my back. They were always there for me and when it all got a bit tricky they really went the extra mile.<br>A very special thanks to Gracie who I thought really excelled.<br>Now I know why they have five stars. Highly recommend.

24th Jul 2026 (30 days ago)Not a completely awful experience. But despite explaining at the valuation that they worked for us and not the buyer, they seemed to be more interested in the buyers needs than ours, trying to get us to accept rubbish offers. In the end, we didn’t listen to them and got a better deal because of it. They also were constant with communication, which could be helpful except they updated us with essentially no update. However, they were quick in listing and had a great online set up with photos etc and were on target with initial valuation. Definitely feels like part of a big firm now, which has it’s benefits and drawbacks.

The whole team are so friendly, approachable and straightforward that they take some of the challenge out of the process. The staff are transparent about whats happening - and despite being great at marketing they dont spin you any annoying yarns! They are the estate agents you would wish for!!

They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and act whenever something needed doing.<br><br>Their professionalism really stood out, but they also made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything run as smoothly as possible.
