The team were highly responsible and responsive, and communication was always prompt and clear. They helped ensure the transaction progressed very smoothly from start to finish, which made the entire process much less stressful. Whenever there were any issues or questions on my side, they were quick to follow up and communicate efficiently with the seller to resolve them. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided and would happily recommend them to others.

24th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I cannot thank Eshan Mofeejuddy enough for all the help and support he has given me.<br><br>As somebody who suffers from anxiety and has cerebral palsy, dealing with housing issues can be extremely stressful, but Eshan made the whole process so much easier. He was always easy to talk to on the phone, took the time to listen, and never made me feel rushed or like I was just another case.<br><br>He went above and beyond to find temporary accommodation that suited my individual needs, which made a huge difference during a difficult time. Throughout the entire process, he never left me in the dark. He kept me updated regularly, explained what was happening, and always made sure I knew what the next steps were.<br><br>Eshan also helped to get a repair issue at my property sorted and consistently went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, supported, and as stress-free as possible.<br><br>It is rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about the people they are helping, but Eshan does exactly that. His professionalism, kindness, communication, and dedication are a credit to his role. 28th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I contacted Kings Estate Agents after seeing them advertise that they were actively looking for properties to sell. I asked if they would represent my home, only to receive a haughty email to say that my Property didn’t reach The calibre of the kind of property they wanted to market and they were at capacity only wanting to focus on premium properties.<br><br>I found this both surprising and disappointing. My property is a well-presented two-bedroom ground floor conversion with off-road parking in a desirable central Tunbridge Wells location, and Kings regularly market similar properties. To make matters more confusing, the very next day I saw them advertising on Facebook asking for more properties to sell.<br><br>I completely understand that every estate agent has the right to choose which instructions they take on. However, I was left feeling disregarded and that my property wasn’t worthy of their time. A more considerate and transparent explanation would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend them.

They were tenacious in getting it over the line, accommodating, professional, helpful, kind, and understanding. Buying a house can be very stressful, but they team at Fox Estates really helped to make the process easier and smoother. Very highly recommended.

Nick from the Canterbury office was covering for a colleague so had to travel to Herne Bay & was absolutely brilliant!! He was professional, friendly & supportive throughout the process. He talked me through, & took me through the photography process easily, naturally & confidently and it was so interesting to see how it works! We have indoor cats that mean the world to us & Nick was so respectful & understanding of this and I really appreciate it. Also, I’d like to say a huge thank you to Harvey from Herne Bay who has been incredible. He’s such a genuine guy with real enthusiasm for what he does & it absolutely shines through. He’s been consistently supportive & helpful and is making what is realistically a stressful time a lot easier! Rueben from Herne Bay was also extremely polite & professional on our initial first visit to the house that we hope to own! He’s been really communicative & has kept me in the loop with progress so far. I feel people are far too quick to complain these days but rarely compliment, so I wanted to share my experience as the guys are all amazing and an absolute credit! Cris.

I continue to use them for all my rental property management and occasionally use the property sales arm - on the rare occasions I have a property to sell. I heartedly recommend them.
