I think they all work very hard and I like the fact it is independent and a family run business who knows the local area inside out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Address from my overall experience.

22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Walking into Mann Canterbury, I was approached by Sophie Harper, who greeted me with a warm smile and asked how she could help me. Soon we had a list of potential properties that could meet my needs. She was knowledgeable, thorough, and answered my questions as I was new to the area. We met again to view the prospective properties and through the process, I felt she listened, took her time and didn’t try to oversell, but took into account my responses through the viewings. Lastly there was a sense of teamwork within the office that made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Sophie (also Zeyad and Jazmyn), for your help as the start of my house hunting journey. I highly recommend Mann at Canterbury.

From the moment she answered the phone, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in helping me.<br><br>Mia asked thoughtful questions that no other agent had asked, and she raised points I hadn’t even considered. Her knowledge and attention to detail really stood out. What impressed me most was how much she seemed to care about us as potential vendors, rather than simply treating it as another enquiry.<br><br>On the same day, I spoke with six other estate agents, and not one of them came close to providing the level of service, interest, and personal attention that Mia did. She made me feel valued and listened to, which meant a great deal.<br><br>We are still considering whether to sell our home, but if we do decide to move forward, I would definitely consider using Leaders—especially if Mia could be our representative.<br><br>A huge thank you to Mia for such an outstanding first impression. She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

Would definitely recommend- 4th Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)The conveyancing for our property took literally weeks longer than we expected, as we were buying a vacant property and had the cash payment ready from day 1, Our experience was frustrating in many ways, and we kept thinking of the book, 'Catch 22', only with Wards and their recommended solicitors, Tolhurst, it was around 'Catch 37!' However, all through this when other folks were confusing us with jargon (Who needs that?) Maria Meddings kept us in touch with things and answered our questions with clarity, humour and pleasantness. She looks to be a very positive asset for Wards, and deserves to rise high in the company as she fulfils her function with great competence and understanding.

We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache.
