Sienna and Jacob showed prospective buys around and both were professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jacob kept in touch regularly with updates when we had a buyer and was very easy to work with. I appreciate all the work that was put into getting the sale across the line and I would highly recommend Langford Russell if considering putting your property on the market.

He has always been courteous not overpowering and understanding of me in selling my house even though I've had swatters then being really ill in an induced coma for several months.<br>The empathy shown while selling my house was Amazing and went through like a dream at the right price. The whole process from beginning to end has been extremely seamless.<br><br>John came round to value our house and take photos ready to be put on the market. The write up on our property and the photos taken were second to none.<br><br>We had viewings booked in on the day our property went live and sold on the 1st day of viewings. Lee who done the viewings was fantastic when showing people around and had a genuine passion to want to sell your property.<br><br>After accepting an offer, Connor, with the help of Angela in his absence, we're brilliant at chasing the chain and solicitors for updates for both our sale and purchase.<br><br>I would 100% use Hawkesford James again. They were a pleasure to deal with.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly responsive to any questions or emails throughout the process. We successfully secured a rental property, and from an impromptu viewing to collecting the keys, the entire process took just two weeks. Their efficiency, responsiveness, and genuine friendliness were refreshing in the current market and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and enjoyable. Tony and Katie truly went above and beyond and have restored our faith in great customer service. Thank you both, you’re stars!

1st Jul 2026 (5 days ago)Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with CKB. After seven months, the entire sale fell through.<br><br>While I appreciate that some aspects of the process were beyond the agency’s control, we were not given accurate information about the length and complexity of the chain. This proved to be a critical factor in the collapse of the sale.<br><br>Had we been told the full picture from the outset, we could have planned accordingly and adjusted our expectations and timelines. Instead, we were repeatedly reassured that exchange and completion would take place within agreed deadlines. Relying on those assurances, we made important arrangements that ultimately left us at risk of being without a home.<br><br>In the end, we lost seven months, spent thousands of pounds on legal fees, surveys and other costs, and had nothing to show for it. The lack of transparency and inaccurate communication throughout the process made an already stressful experience far more difficult than it needed to be.

12th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)I attended the property managed by Foxtons whilst tenants were still living there, it was obviously not up to scratch and the sales agent Joey - Ray Poulastides assured me the place would be like new on the day I picked up the keys. The pictures attached to this review will show he is a liar.<br><br>I have since escalated the matter to his manager Jade Martin who has given the standard ‘we will respond within 15 working days’ and is nowhere to be seen. I have complained to the property manager Titia Wootton who said whatever the sales team said to me is none of her business and is fighting every step of the way to do the bare minimum.<br><br>The property was inspected by Foxtons prior to my arrival and picking up of the keys, based on the pictures I attach to this review, they basically checked if the place had burned down and that was it.<br><br>Titia Wootton is the property manager, she will use the fact that the building is 15 years old as an excuse to not carry out the proper checks and works. Please see the pictures and ask yourself, does this look like an issue that couldn’t be solved?<br><br>If you are thinking of becoming a tenant in a property managed by Foxtons Woolwich above all else keep in mind the customer service is abysmal. The team do not care about the tenants and will take every opportunity to remind you of this.<br><br>If you’re being shown around by Joey-Ray Poulsastides he will omit key information such as the gym included with the property is not free, and then proceed to overpromise and under-deliver.<br><br>Joey is managed by Jade Martin, she will be quick to take your money, and slow to react on anything else which is most likely how Joey has gotten away with swindling tenants so far.<br><br>In conclusion, this is the worst management company I have ever come across.
15th Jun 2026 (21 days ago)I have to say that Ruby and Siobhan at Mann Sydenham who are now managing the rental of my property are really helpful and prompt in flagging up issues and dealing with them. This hasn't always been the case so I am grateful they are now in charge!
