He has always been very responsive, very good at communicating with us, and extremely professional. He went above and beyond, to the point that he got us our buyers when we had finalised our contract with Acorn 1 month before. After all the struggles, we have finally exchanged. And wholeheartedly, this wouldn't have been possible without Harrison White. superb!!! thank you again!

Will is very confident and competent, even in challenging market conditions. Acorn are not difficult to get a hold of via phone, and the back office team are efficient too. Highly recommend.

Byron provided us with an excellent experience and was quick to respond to our requirements. 12th Jun 2026 (24 days ago)We found a flat and my husband was very ill in hosp tom at chislehurst was fantastic help me do all the paper work help every step of the way<br>And it was so quick a leasehold take a long time usely we was all done in 8 weeks and solictor recormented was out standing too<br>They was all so good and helpfull everystep of the way thank u all

Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.

Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. She was always prompt in responding to any questions and went above and beyond by meeting me at the property before my move-in date so I could measure spaces and windows in advance. Throughout the entire process, Elycia was professional, approachable, and incredibly supportive. Her friendly attitude and excellent communication made a real difference, and I always felt well looked after. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a genuine letting agent.

What really stood out was the genuine interest she took in understanding not just what I’m looking for now, but also my future requirements too. This is something I didn’t get from other estate agents (not Freeman Forman)<br><br>She was positive, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. It was clear that she genuinely cared about helping me find the right property.
