It’s been such a long process with a lot of delays along the way, and we truly appreciate how patient, supportive, and responsive you’ve been the whole time. It really made a difference during what was quite a stressful period for us. A very special thank you to Luke as well — he went above and beyond for us and helped so much throughout the process. Honestly, it would have been impossible without him. His persistence, reassurance, and willingness to help at every stage meant a lot to us. We’re incredibly grateful for everything you’ve done to help get us to the finish line. Thank you again for all your effort and support — we really appreciate it.

11th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)These people are cowboys and cowgirls, highly unprofessional course of dealings with these people. Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

My flat sold in no time and everything went through smoothly. I would highly recommend using them. I spoke with an agent called Glenda who was extremely helpful and friendly
1st Feb 2026 (7 weeks ago)Wendy at Connells was an excellent mortgage advisor and the single most helpful person I dealt with during a very stressful and drawn-out house purchase. She was proactive, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive throughout, particularly when delays meant my mortgage offer needed renewing. Wendy took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel far more manageable. I would absolutely recommend Wendy’s mortgage services and wouldn’t hesitate to use her again in the future.

Nancy was very patient and determined to help us find our dream home and I highly appreciate her consistency, patience and her honesty. She is outsanding in what she does. I am also grateful to Kim for keeping me informed and updated about the movement of the purchase and patiently answering my queries. Shoutout as well to Judy(Rainham) branch who was also very helpful when Kim was on leave and hearing her voice is calming and every good news means that we are near our target(owning a home). I would also like to thank everyone in the Gillingham branch for your professionalism and dedication: Gary( Branch Manager) , Hannah( Senior sale & letting advisor) and Maura. As a 1st time buyer, the process was smooth sailing and I had a very positive experience. Hghly recommended. Thank you, everyone! God bless :)- 22nd Jan 2026 (8 weeks ago)We have had three transactions with Wards, Strood, in the last 12 months: one purchase and two sales. Jonathan and his team have a good professional approach the buy and sell side. Communication was regular and helpful. They were very helpful especially once conveyancing would commence and were happy to help chase either respective parties to ensure timely exchange and completion. 2025 was a challenging year for house sales due to high saturation in the market. Therefore, it took longer than expected to sell our two properties. However, I am sure, that in a more “normal” year, Wards would excel. A key thank you goes to Jonathan for being attentive to our deals.

They are an extremely professional estate agent and I have always felt confident in their ability to deliver a first class service. They are friendly, supportive and communicate on a regular basis without having to chase for updates on the progress of a sale. Any questions or information requested is dealt with immediately. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and will always call on them if I need the services of a reputable estate agent in the future.

They were very professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them and would certainly use them again. In fact I used them on the basis of a family friend recommendation and are the first choice estate agent for Aylesford and the surrounding area.
