First as our rental agent and property manager for 9 years, then as our selling agent in our final year of ownership. Dave, Nikki, David, Paul, Keira and Luke - a superb team that brought expertise and professional leadership consistently. In that time they found us 2 long-term tenants, with each staying over 4 years. No void periods, no problems and we received prompt notification of anything in the house needed attention from us. The sales team worked hard to negotiate in our favor, brining the sale to completion with minimal back and forth. 100% satisfied and would definitely recommend Beaumont Gibbs.

27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)Just wanted to drop a quick line to say a huge thank you to Jack for all his help and the professional manner in which he dealt with selling our home yesterday. It was great to have him here to deal directly with the potential buyer and to spend such a decent amount of time showing her around. The other thing I noted and really liked was the way Jack came across with the buyer - assertive and straight forward in his communication and approach with such a good knowledge and explanation of the property without any element of an awful pushy hard sell which never impresses me in any area. Very nicely done exactly what you need in an agent when you are selling. Our thanks to Terry too, always lovely to speak with her arranging potential viewers, every call a lovely positive uplifting experience. All very nicely done. Will 100% recommend you to anyone else I know who is selling in the area.

Oliver and Jacob were absolutely brilliant—they understood that we were grieving and showed great patience and empathy throughout the process. They were proactive from start to finish and guided us every step of the way, helping us successfully navigate towards a sale. We had previously appointed another estate agent, but the difference in service was night and day. The first was useless, Won't name any names but they are across the street up a bit with a red and black sign that says Thomas Brown! Opps! I would highly recommend Langford Russell for their professionalism, compassion, and proactive approach.

Jessica was professional, organised, and very supportive throughout the whole process. Buying a property can be stressful, but she handled everything in a calm and efficient way, which made a real difference. From sale agreed, at our asking price, to completion in just eight weeks is no small feat, and as a former estate agent myself, I know just how rare that is. It speaks volumes about the professionalism and efficiency of Meghan and the team. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. They were consistently proactive, responsive, and genuinely on top of every detail, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well managed.
