She made our transaction smooth and was always very responsive to emails, which made a huge difference throughout the process. The Branch Manager, Neil, is also incredibly helpful, they both truly go out of their way to make sure the whole experience is an enjoyable transition. They are a group of bright , intelligent, and knowledgeable woman, who provide a seamless service , from start to finish. It couldn’t have been easier to find a special new home with Cavendish. 9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Sharing this as constructive feedback. I travelled a long distance by public transport for a 3:30 pm viewing and was given a Google Maps link that led to the wrong location. I waited in the rain and called the agency when I realised the issue. Instead of acknowledging the incorrect link, the male staff member I spoke with was dismissive and placed the responsibility on me to double-check the postcode. I was asked to reach the property within an unrealistic timeframe, despite explaining there was no bus, I hadn’t brought a car, and it was a long walk in the rain. The tone felt rude and lacking empathy. The viewing eventually took place but felt rushed. While the property was well presented and a detailed handout was provided, clearer communication, accountability, and a more respectful approach would have made a big difference. I liked the property but chose not to proceed due to the experience.

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.
