It was not the most straightforward sale, with a number of issues arising throughout the process, but the team handled everything efficiently and professionally from start to finish.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and they were proactive in liaising between the solicitors and all parties involved to help resolve issues quickly and keep the sale moving forward. Their support, expertise, and attention to detail made what could have been a very stressful experience run as smoothly as possible.<br><br>Thank you to Lukass and Steve at Langford Russell for your hard work and dedication. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

The annual agreement renewals, reminders, legal notices, tenants deposit etc. have all been professionally dealt with on my behalf. I have no hesitation in recommending their services.
20th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Based on our own personal experience dealing with the Head of Sales at Laing Bennett, we found all the hype and the high levels of service on offer fell way short of the mark. Two very basic oversights/errors by the person in charge of Sales really was laughable although the head of sales took exception to her shortcomings when notified by email. The key failure and final straw on her part was her failure to properly arrange photography and a floor plan in one visit. Instead when arranging the third party company to carry out photography and a floor plan, she actually notified the company to carry out photography and an EPC in error. We didn’t require an EPC as our current EPC is valid until 2028. This meant it was going to be necessary for a second visit by the same company to complete a floor plan so wasted time for us and the photographer.<br><br>We had dealings with two other members of staff from Laing Bennett when they came to get an overview of the property and we must say what a contrast, both very professional and switched on which unfortunately wasn’t the case with the Head of Sales. The many positive reviews of this company are undoubtedly genuine, as is ours but on our experience we would have to suggest to any of our friends or colleagues looking to move, choose an alternative agent.

26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

Sales progression is laughable, attention to detail is non existent. Avoid the stress, avoid this sleepy outpost!<br><br>Customer service and complaints process are a farce, so called "quality assurance director" refused to even discuss my complaint! It seems that it's perfectly acceptable for their estate agents to negligently misrepresent buyers position with total impunity. Bought and sold lots of properties and these are the worst I've ever used! Avoid, avoid, avoid!

Everyone we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, hard working and interested in not only ourselves as sellers but in our property too. Communication was excellent. Viewings went smoothly. The advertising of our property was exactly as we wanted it to be. 15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having met Lisa as a first time buyer a few years ago, when it came to selling my first property there was never any doubt for me that Lisa and the team at Waghorn needed to be the ones to help me through the sales process and it’s a decision I certainly won’t regret!<br><br>From the first stages of listing I felt that Lisa and John really cared about understanding what I loved about my home and they showed genuine enthusiasm and interest in making sure they could share all of these features with potential buyers. They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.<br><br>This is a genuinely fantastic team and I can’t thank Lisa, John, Mel and Andrew enough for everything they have done. I don’t plan to move again any time soon but when I do I know exactly who I’ll be calling to help with the process.

Tariq, Fraser and Abby were all really personable, respectful, efficient and good communicators. I was always kept up-to-date with what was happening with my sale, and any queries were dealt with promptly. They managed to find good buyers for my house within a few weeks of it going to market, and within the price range they anticipated, so I was really pleased. Mann estage agents were not only fantastic at selling my house in under a WEEK of it going live, but their mortgage broker Jake Owen, provided such an amazing customer service that I appointed him as my broker after speaking with numerous. Not only did he get me the amount I needed to secure my future home, but he provided me with regular updates, was quick in the application process, sourced the market for the best and right deal, reassured me on the times I felt nervous that any deals will fall part. He was able to deal with the mortgage lenders effectively and responded to all their requires.<br><br>He took his time to understand my situation and tailored a service that felt personal. I honestly felt like he was a good friend at the end of the process. I trusted his approach and advice and felt confident to proceed.<br>Don't just take my word for it, its worth you experiencing his service to appreciate. For an indecisive person, I was very certain to use Jake Owe .<br><br>Special shout out to Jeff and Charlotte at the Mann Chatham branch for also selling my house so quickly. Honestly if I am selling again, it will be Mann I use.
