3rd May 2024 (2 years ago)Really good local knowledge which is key and communication was excellent with the use of my propertyfile. All agents were well informed and always helpful. The selling fee amounts to a lot but you get what you pay for so it was worth it to get me a buyer quite quickly at an acceptable price.

18th Feb 2026 (11 weeks ago)turned out to be a difficult sale due to the buyers solicitor being incompetent and unhelpful, the guys at your move were very helpful keeping up the pressure on the buyers to get the sale done and to resolve the problems that the buyers solicitors created, they were all ways there to talk to me and and keep things moving, i know that Dan the manager in the branch put a lot more effort into the sale than would normally be expected, So big thanks to Dan and his team. The only thing i would have some reservations about was their recommendation to use Homefast/PPL as my solicitors, they are cheap and work on a no sale no fee basis which is good and they are probably ok if your sale go's smoothly but i felt a bit left in the dark as they did not really keep me informed when problems and delays came up and it was not all ways easy to get in touch with them, there is very little direct contact with the solicitor appointed to your sale and the vast majority of thing are done through an online portal and not being a very competent computer user i did at times find it difficult. We got there in the end and Yourmove stuck with me and gave support all the way through so i would be happy to recommend them.
24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.

He has a detailed knowledge of the Joydens wood area. He gave very good, honest advice around the selling price. His team are responsive and friendly. They are all very professional and give clear regular updates and advice. I have just sold the property and could not be more pleased. I would recommend unreservedly to other sellers.

She found us a home that ticked every one of our boxes, and was always there to answer questions, which was a challenge sometimes as we were 3000 miles away. I feel like we didn't just find an estate agent, but that we also made a friend.
5th Feb 2026 (13 weeks ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

He didn’t try to sell or convince me to into anything that wasn’t aligned with me. He understood that I was in a difficult position and he showed me empathy and kind regard. He also recommended his colleagues in the Dover branch to take me to the next stage of my search and I spoke to Colton who also went out of his way to meet my budget and living needs. Overall extremely positive experience and I’m confident I’ll find the perfect home with their help,

Ellie was eager to help and took time out to allow us viewings for window surveys, measuring up and all sorts of other demanding requests. Nothing was too much trouble. Chris was available to help when Ellie wasn't. The transaction was super quick and without any hitches. An overall stress free experience. A very nice team of people with local knowledge of the area. From the first time of speaking to Maisie Morris-Judd on the phone to discuss a property to purchase, she was attentive to our needs. She listened to what we needed in a property and has found us the perfect place. Everytime we have seen or spoken to her she has been helpful, friendly and informative. We asked for mortgage advice too and she put us in touch with leon lett. He again has been really helpful and found us a good deal. If we've needed any information he has helped us and explained our options. Couldn't have asked for better service from anywhere else. Highly recommend xx

Communication was great and made me feel very comfortable. I also had communication with George and Marianne too, they were great to deal with. I would highly recommend using their in house mortgage broker, James Sturch. The experience I had with James with second to none. Top guy, highly recommended! Great estate agents, 5 star service!
