They were incredibly responsive, helpful and professional, and kept us informed at every single stage of the process. They took the time to understand our requirements and made sure they found a tenant who was not only suitable for our flat, but someone we could feel confident was the right fit.<br><br>Everything was handled so efficiently and quickly, including all of the paperwork and necessary certificates. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and we always felt that we were in safe hands.<br><br>I have to give a very special mention to Lisa, who I will be forever grateful to. She genuinely went above and beyond for us. She helped arrange a decorator to get the flat ready, organised a gas engineer for the necessary certificates and arranged the electrical certification too. She took care of so many things that could otherwise have been incredibly stressful for us, and she did it all with such care and professionalism.<br><br>The thing that stood out most was how personally they treated us. We never felt like just another landlord or another property on their books. They looked after us as though we were family, and that level of care and attention is something we really appreciated.<br><br>The whole process was incredibly well organised, streamlined and reassuring. We now have complete peace of mind knowing that our flat is in the right place, with the right people and, most importantly, with tenants we feel confident about.<br><br>We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service from McConnells and would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for a letting agent. Knowing we were selling our childhood home following the loss of our mum, they could not have been more kind, helpful and sensitive from the very first time we spoke with them and explained our situation. Any time we needed to contact them we didn't have to wait for a reply which takes away any frustration or stress. They had a good relationship with the solicitors and their professionalism and dedication to moving the sale to conclusion made the whole process seemless. Thank you so much.

Buying a house is stressful but he really did manage to reduce that so much for us. His colleagues in the Chislehurst office were also wonderful when called into action.

From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. Their communication was excellent, and we felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you for helping us with our move, would highly recommend!

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. I wanted the quickest turnaround possible as I saw a house I fell in love with and I wasn’t even on the market. Kevin followed up quickly and we were on within a matter of days, my flat sold within a week! His guidance throughout has been spot on from the pricing point, to the buyer, to the endless catch up calls, Kevin has been there. The photographers they use to market are wonderful as are the removals team they recommend - James removals. Kevin and Jackie have been at the end of the phone throughout the whole process, giving reassurance and kindness throughout making this experience that much more enjoyable. They really are the dream team and I haven’t stopped recommending them since. Thank you for being the best!

They were also extremely helpful to my buyer which made the whole transaction as stress free as possible. Friendly advice, good local knowledge, good communication and professionalism- everything that you need in an estate agent and everything that Jenkinsons in Deal provide.

We were recommended BR by a friend, and from the very beginning Chris (and later Aidan) were an absolute breath of fresh air. Professional, personable, proactive and, importantly, realistic from the get-go.<br><br>We sold relatively quickly, but the sale itself became particularly stressful, and throughout the whole process both Chris and Aidan were incredibly supportive and always on hand when I needed them. They genuinely went above and beyond and made a difficult process that little bit easier.<br><br>I’m so glad we chose BR to sell our home and I honestly cannot recommend Chris and Aidan highly enough. If you’re looking for an estate agent who actually cares about their clients and the outcome, look no further!

He was very welcoming and friendly gave us all the information we need and took time to answer any questions and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The process was really smooth and easy and he even called to congratulate me for the offer being accepted. Very professional and smart, looking forward to be working with the guys at acorn I feel they will take good care. Thank you Robert

I viewed a different property with them a few years ago and was sufficiently impressed I decided to sell with them. There is so much opacity and so many unrealistic expectations set in this industry so Expose’s approach is completely different to value realistically and to be transparent and reassuring with both buyer and seller throughout.<br><br>Wholly recommended. A genuinely realistic valuation, an actual marketing strategy, great communications pre and post accepting an offer, and real value add throughout the process. With particular thanks to Azra who was brilliant throughout.
