19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)We purchased a property listed with County Estate Agents, Lytham St Annes. There were two close offers on the property so it went to Last and Final Bid. This process was managed fairly and efficiently. Any queries we had via email were responded to by Rick or Lisa quickly. I thoroughly recommend County Estate Agents whether you are purchasing or selling a property.

Always updated by mark and input into price reductions etc when some other properties were advertised or sold . Would use again great area knowledge compared to others we tried

27th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
4th Aug 2026 (20 days ago)What a refreshing experience! … I rented a flat with EHL for over a year. The whole team were wonderful from the moment I requested a viewing.. Communication was excellent too, and my requests were always dealt with in a professional and timely manner. The property itself was great and only very minor issues which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. A special mention to Beth, Lauren and Sue who were always a pleasure to deal with. :)

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! They made us feel totally at ease, we genuinely felt cared for and supported throughout the whole journey.<br>One thing that really stood out was that we never felt pressured whatsoever. At every stage, we were given honest advice, plenty of time to make decisions, and always felt that our best interests came first. That made such a difference and gave us complete confidence throughout the whole process.<br>Selling a home can be very emotional and stressful but nothing was ever too much trouble. Everyone was always professional, reassuring, incredibly kind and friendly, keeping us informed every step of the way.<br>The photographs and brochure were absolutely beautiful and captured our home perfectly. Their local knowledge and attention to detail were second to none.<br>Every single person in the office was so friendly, welcoming and genuinely lovely to deal with. It’s rare to find a team who combine such professionalism with such a personal touch.<br>A huge thank you to James and all at Slater Brooking. 5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
