7th Jun 2026 (28 days ago)Terrible service received by my daughter. She made an appointment to view a house, she waited, knocked on the door and no one was there. She the callled to be advised the lady should be there. She waited for quite some time then had to return to work. They have still not called to apologise or explain. This is shocking customer service. I would not sell or buy a house from this company

Emma and the team made the usually very stressful experience of selling a house so stree free and easy, they kept us up to date with everthing that was going on. Estate Agents get a lot of bad press but if you want to sell or buy then goi to this team - what a difference they make! Kepp up the good work. Val & Ian Perry

The whole process has been great from start to finish, especially after having such an awful experience with another estate agent and unfortunately being scammed previously.<br><br>The team have been professional, supportive, and made everything feel so much easier. A special shout out to Cathy, who has been absolutely amazing — so kind, helpful, and always so bubbly. 27th Sep 2025 (9 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)My son just sold his house through Marie Holmes Estate Agency and they have been brilliant from start to finish. Another estate agent had been involved but they had not managed to get the sale over the line. Marie Holmes Estate Agency identified genuine buyers and had viewings scheduled quickly. Communication was excellent. My son was guided through the whole process by the staff who used their expertise to ensure the sale was quick and mostly stress free. Fabulous communication on completion day meant that the removal went smoothly. Very happy.

5th Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
