2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)I had a very positive experience living at this property throughout my tenancy. The property was clean, well maintained, and located in a quiet, convenient area with good access to local amenities and public transport. It was a comfortable place to live, and I genuinely enjoyed my time there. One person who deserves special recognition is Holly, the Head of Brand. She is professional, approachable, and genuinely takes the time to listen. Whenever I had a question or concern, she responded with understanding and professionalism, which made the whole tenancy experience much easier. I also really appreciated how smoothly the move-out process was handled. I made sure to leave the property clean and in good condition, and my deposit was returned within a week of moving out. It was reassuring to see that the checkout process was fair and efficient, and that my efforts to look after the property were recognised. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily recommend both the property and the agency to anyone looking for a well-managed home with a professional and supportive team.
