John was the winner of four estate agents. He was down to earth, friendly, informative, professional and so very supportive through the whole process. Then we met Evie who not only successfully supported us through our sale, she also spent time trying to help find a flat for my son! Evie has shared my laughter and my tears during our sale and I am so very grateful for her friendly, empathetic conversations on the phone. I know if I had to do it again I would definitely want this team of pro's to see me through again. I wish you all the very best! Thank you x

She was really helpful and friendly throughout, always happy to answer our questions, keeping us informed and making the whole process feel straightforward.<br><br>She really went above and beyond to help us secure a great deal, which I really appreciated. Her communication was great, and she was always approachable and easy to get along with. On top of that, she was lovely to deal with and made the whole thing feel easy and even enjoyable.<br><br>She’s a real credit to Sims Williams, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)We dealt with both owners of the company, both very professional and knowledgeable, they have considerable experience in selling houses in thei area and made us feel confident that if anyone would sell our house it was them. They make sure potential buyers have the finances to buy the house before any agreements are made and i feel that overall they gave us more assurance than some other companies do. My son bought his house through them and it was the way they ensured that the buyers did not mess about the sellers than clinched it with using them.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
