We started to get people through the door within weeks they definitely know the local market. I would like to say a big thank you to Sarah Rhodes and Liz nothing was two much trouble from start to finish and very helpful with any questions we needed. The whole team was fantastic?????? I would definitely recommend William H Brown and would certainly use them again ????????????????

I was regularly updated on the sale progression and any queries were responded to immediately. One of the key factors in choosing Connells was that they're not pushy, they don't need to be as they genuinely offer a professional service where the customer is at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

I’ve recently been in touch with Amy from the lettings team to let the property with them, and to say she’s been fantastic is an understatement. The property was up for let with another company and only had 1 viewing in 2 months, as soon as we moved it to WHB, Amy arranged at least 5/6 viewings within a week. After it being advertised for only 2 weeks, we now have a tenant in the property. Amy’s hard work and dedication to find a suitable tenant has been brilliant, communication has been second to none as she’s updated us every step of the way. We really can’t thank her and the team enough.

The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

They were the only agents not to come across as pushy or 'salesly' during our initial meeting and their valuation was realistic and spot-on what we ended up selling for. Communication was great and their local market knowledge so impressive that they managed to find us a buyer prior to even listing our property.

From the beginning, the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions I had. Buying a first home can be quite stressful, but they made the whole process feel much more manageable by keeping me updated and explaining each step clearly. A special thank you to Ellie, who was particularly helpful throughout. She was always responsive, supportive, and happy to chase things up when needed, which made a big difference in keeping everything moving smoothly. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely recommend the Werrington branch to anyone looking to buy or sell. Thank you again to Ellie and the whole team for all your help!
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. - 3rd May 2026 (5 days ago)We have recently used Pygott & Crone for a property sale which has now completed, and I have been very impressed with their level of professionalism throughout. Davis, Joe, Sam and Holly really are a dream team to work with. Nothing is too much trouble for this great group of people. Their communication is excellent, and they simply get the job done. Even in this challenging market, they secured a sale for our property within a couple of weeks. Just as important as their professionalism is the sense of camaraderie they build with their clients, which makes the whole process far more comfortable. At every stage, from initial viewings through to sale progression, we were kept fully updated (often daily), which was incredibly reassuring and helpful. I highly rate Pygott & Crone in Boston. They deliver a first class service, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone. Many thanks Derek

9th Apr 2026 (29 days ago)I had a very disappointing experience with Aspire. From the outset, communication was extremely poor — feedback requests were often ignored or responded to far too late to be useful. It felt like I was constantly chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. What frustrated me most was their clear lack of understanding of my needs. Despite explaining our requirements multiple times, they repeatedly suggested unsuitable options, which made the whole process unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming. To make matters worse, our property was marketed incorrectly, with listing agents not having a clue about anything that house had to offer.... that could have easily been avoided with even a basic level of attention. This not only misrepresented the property but also wasted potential buyers’ time. Overall, the agents came across as inexperienced and somewhat clueless, lacking both attention to detail and professionalism. I would not recommend Aspire to anyone looking for a smooth or competent estate agency experience.

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)6 stars out of 5 if that's even possible. I recently had the pleasure to work with Jack, Taylor and Ellis as part of my house-move. As part of this process (both selling and buying), we came across a number of different agencies, and the Akeman team is easily the most professional, responsive, honest, accommodating and helpful team. From viewings, to deal negotiations, to progressing the sale, they are supportive and transparent at every step. They follow-through with their promises. Bottom line, I never felt the need to "chase" them on anything, and that speaks volumes. They are simply a breath of fresh air after some mixed experience I've had with other estate agents. I would highly recommend anyone looking to sell/ let their home in the area to give them a call!
