Unfortunately the property we purchased was via another agency but was a close run thing.<br>Emily from the Bourne office showed us around the property and was extremely polite and courteous as well as being professional and customer focused. Emily is a credit to Rosedale.

Molly has been extremely helpful and efficient and always contactable. She has made sure that both sides were kept informed and alerted me when I needed to chase my solicitors. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !

House sold in 1 day so goes to show professional isnt always necessary. Donna checked in weekly with me via email or call to ensure everything was moving along swiftly and was very good at keeping me updated.

28th Mar 2026 (21 weeks ago)I was purchasing a property through Paul Fox and throughout the entire process, including both solicitors failing to communicate and progress, Sharna at Paul Fox was the only one who was proactive, communicative, helpful, and supportive. Getting both of the solicitors to actually communicate properly was like watching two Roombas attempt to knife fight, and Sharna honestly kept me sane. If I decide to sell in the future I'll be using Paul Fox without a doubt.
