Having used a different estate agent for several months before without success we moved to Newton Fallowell and found them to be very proactive. We sold the house in relatively quick time. They were also very patient as it took quite some time to get the grant of probate and in fact it was only granted just in time for the sale. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We loved the very first house they showed us and put in an application, which was processed quickly and efficiently.<br><br>The team were thorough and prompt with every reply, and guided us through each step of the process. We've now got the keys to our new home and absolutely love it. We're so excited to start this new chapter in Stamford.<br><br>Would recommend to anyone looking to rent!

10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)I needed to sell my parents house since my mum had recently passed away and my dad had to go into a care home.<br>I had spoken to Nicky on the phone to start the whole process and she was excellent, extremely sympathetic and understanding with the circumstances.<br>We had agreed to have Leanne come to meet us at the property to discuss the options of a normal sale or sale through modern auction and we decided on the auction for a quicker turn around.<br>Leanne was spot on with her input and direction towards our needs and was also a pleasure to deal with.<br>I would highly recommend using Pygott and Crone if I was looking to sell a property for their pure excellence of what they do and for how satisfied I was during such a difficult time, they made it incredibly stress free!- 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Exceptional experience selling with Pygotts Grantham, the process from valuation, official listing to viewers and a sale was under 2 weeks which is exactly what we were hoping for to get a shot at buying a house we loved!<br>Luke came round out of hours and was really enthusiastic about our property, this gave a great feeling from the off.<br>The whole team throughout the process were brilliant, handled all viewings, key management for surveys, constant communications, and helping push the chain along every step of the way.
