28th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)I'd just like to share my experience with this company. I rented a beautiful cottage through Hix at a very fair price. It was a dream come true for me. I was there for roughly 6 years. Hix were the nicest most accessible and responsive company to work with. It helped them that I took good care of the cottage and in return they treated me with the greatest respect and actioned any jobs quickly. The only reason I left my lovely cottage was because I met a lovely lady and we set up home together and we're still there. If I had to rent again, Hix would be my first port of call. Thanks ladies!

She explained things to me and really helped to get completion on the property quickly and effectively.

We can’t thank them enough for their advice and insights regarding the property market and also for their very patient human-focussed approach! They manage to combine absolute professionalism with a very warm and friendly approach. Selling a home can be quite a stressful experience, and both Hamish and Amy were there to support and advise us, answering all our queries and keeping us fully updated from the beginning right through until completion, including organising the surveyor report and photographs. Once we were ‘live’ on the website we had viewings booked almost instantly and a sale agreed within a few weeks. 24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)I sold my home with Temple Estates at the end of March. Neil, Maggie and Harley have genuinely been outstanding with the support they all provided throughout the process. I was kept fully up to date with the position my buyers were in regarding the conveyancing process. I highly recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to use Temple Estates. After the personal support I have received I would not ever consider using a chain of agents again. Thank you once again Neil, Maggie and Harley ??????
