Everything was explained before we agreed to use their service. They worked hard and are well worth every penny.

18th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Probably the most racist people working in this company. I had very upsetting experiences number of times. Very difficult to get hold of and when we can not very helpful at all. I’d never recommend anyone to use this estate agency. You will be utterly disappointed ????

28th Aug 2025 (6 mo. ago)I'd just like to share my experience with this company. I rented a beautiful cottage through Hix at a very fair price. It was a dream come true for me. I was there for roughly 6 years. Hix were the nicest most accessible and responsive company to work with. It helped them that I took good care of the cottage and in return they treated me with the greatest respect and actioned any jobs quickly. The only reason I left my lovely cottage was because I met a lovely lady and we set up home together and we're still there. If I had to rent again, Hix would be my first port of call. Thanks ladies!

I can honestly say that they were amazing, all staff friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent communication and feedback all the way through. You all made the process easy all though it was a sad time for us. Thank you

1st Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)A very professional and friendly team. Communication was excellent, however what made Hockeys Wisbech really stand out was the video, photos and description of our property which was first class. Would highly recommend.
19th Feb 2026 (28 days ago)Signed a deal and when I went in to collect the paperwork the next day they had a deal that would have been a thousand pounds cheaper and they just laughed when I said why didn't you wait a day to sign the paperwork?? Also, the communication is non-existent and an absolute abomination. First for sale sign looked like it had been shot at The pictures were good but the house sold itself went on second viewing. And in reply to Jason's reply. There were not numerous sales progression calls, communication as per my post above was scant, you ignored my email asking for assistance in buying an onward property till I chased by phone. Your colleague was very sheepish when I pointed out the deal which was not available until the day after I signed my contract and was never mentioned previously.
18th May 2022 (3 years ago)I was a little nervous when they asked for a deposit but it showed my good faith and was returned promptly on purchase. My experiences with this company were all excellent and I'm delighted to recommend them. They made the process very easy!
