12th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Williamson &co. I tried to sell my house with them from July until December with no success. I found communication was really poor, sometimes viewings were cancelled and I was not informed. If I called to find out what was happening my calls were rarely returned and I found I needed to repeat myself often as staff did not relay messages to each other. I was continuously asked about whether I would consider renting the property if it doesn't sell even though I explained this would not work for me. Once I changed to a different agent my house sold within 3 weeks for the price I wanted and I have now completed. I feel that Williamson and co being unresponsive could have lost the interest of potential buyers.

7th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)I have for many years used BMH as the letting agent for two small properties I own in Grimsby, one since 2012 and one since 2013. The service BMH has provided has been outstanding at all times. Any issues that crop up are dealt with quickly and BMH is also very efficient on the admin side - which really eases the burden as the rental landscape becomes increasingly complex for landlords. Strongly recommended!

Will and Claire dealt with my application after viewing a house and the process was easy, stress free and completed in just over there weeks. Happy to answer any questions via email or phone no matter how many I had - especially Will can’t thank him enough. Made arrangements which suited me better for one part of the application and the property sign up since I wasn’t able to go to the office in Boston. Met both Will and Claire in person on different occasions and they were lovely and polite. Hoping for many good years as a tenant with Bruce Mather. Thank you!

Jess could not have been more helpful in helping is secure our forward purchase. A massive thankyou to Moores . Highly recommend to anyone wanting an agent who is motivated, communicative and has excellent local knowledge.

Experienced zero support even when I tried to discuss strategy to ensure better interest in my property. I feel I wasted 16 weeks with little communication or care. Glad to be moving on with another local agent who has already proved themselves to be much more engaged with the seller than I experienced with Hunters in Horncastle.

26th Feb 2026 (21 days ago)Visited Rosedale Property Agents at their office in Market Deeping and found them to be friendly, positive, well organised and professional. I was lucky enough to have a valuation carried out that same day and viewings were arranged immediately. The office kept me up to date and well informed about everything going on. One week later I have an offer on the property, which I have accepted. I have been pleasantly surprised by how quickly things have moved and delighted to have make such rapid progress within such a short space of time. I can recommend Rosedale without hesitation. Thank you very much to Sue, Becky and Sharon for excellent work.

Constant feedback and response to questions and when it looked like the chain was in danger of collapsing he spent hours contacting all the agents and solicitors to get the completion through. Thank you. (I’m not planning on moving anytime soon but if I was I would definitely choose Ewemove.

24th May 2024 (1 year ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.
9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)A speedy and professional job by Rod, Aaron and all the staff I dealt with Alexander Jacob. I'll try to keep this short; I had a small property for sale in Retford which had been rented for a while with another estate agent in town and I asked what they thought I could get on a sale and after an extensive discussion they suggested it be marketed at £80k and wouldn't budge on it. I was never going to accept this and a third party(thank you Shane!) suggested I speak with Rod, he told me £100k would be easily achievable and indicated a little work be done, which came to less than £1k and was arranged by AJ, and I sold for £110k. I'm not suggesting that this will be everyone's experience but Alexander Jacob clearly have a far, far better grip on how the local market is trending than some other estate agents in town.
