31st Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Living in Bridlington and having to sell my parents property in Louth I was unsure of which estate agent to use , however , I just recalled that a board with "John Taylor " on had been outside my grandparents property way back so I decided on that. What a great decision that was, John Taylor have been exceptional from day one to completion, always at the end of the phone with help and advice, great communications as to when viewings would be ( the property was empty and the keys left with John Taylor, and a great understanding that this was not just a house sale to me but the sale of my family home for the last 69 years, the house I grew up in and called home for all those years. I cannot fault them in any way , the only word I can use is "exceptional" Special thanks to Anne who was outstanding , she is a star. kindest regards to all at John Taylor and many many thanks . 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Very poor communication and transparency- turned away prospective buyer and told they weren’t allowed to view. Took 2 months to send a memorandum of sale through. Still no sale or completion in sight

They kept me informed at every stage, responded quickly to any questions, and handled everything with great care and efficiency. Their dedication to providing outstanding service really stood out. I would highly recommend King and Co to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent!
8th Apr 2025 (1 year ago)Failed to communicate at all after the first two weeks being on the market with them. Failed to contact us when potential buyers wanted to view. No communication even at the point of cancelling our contract with them. Just totally apathetic

13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)From the first time we meet Charlotte we was really impressed we felt she very friendly and had our best interest in mind she gave us the confidence to sell our property and look for a property that was more suitable for us. We are now much happier in our dream property that we would never have purchased if it was not for Charlotte giving us some confidence. Claire who we never meet but was just has friendly and kept us up to date on how sale was going and chasing solicitors etc. We are glad everything worked out in the end and would definitely recommend Charlotte and Claire to any body buying or selling Michael/Alison Whelan

We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.
