7th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)Impossible to contact via phone, they don't even bother replying to your emails, why on Earth would I ever want to rent a property that forces you to email for the likes of repairs, when you can't even reply to someone registering interest? Trash company.

31st Jul 2025 (9 mo. ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane
2nd Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Lovely landlord. However have spoken and gas engineer out. Keep telling me the same. The unit flicks on for 5 minutes and then off. It never did in my 3 years at this lovely property that I like to call home. Heating and water still crazy. Gutter at front is leaking. Which o can see is causing brick rot. The gutter is leaking that much onto the paving it’s going up the wall. Will be an expensive job for lanlord. From me asking as it bangs on the front windows. No one can sleep if they come over. I personally think who is this company. They won’t fix the gutters after asking for 10 months. Sad thing is. Green mould is growing up front walls. Hence when I leave. After months of asking. Mould on walls behind radiator and also the gutter will still need seeing to. So ashamed have paid so much to keep a lovely house

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales. They are very professional, they respond to emails and inquiries quickly and offer a very personal service. They also ensure that any repairs are addressed as soon as possible. They are a pleasure to deal with!

They took the time to understand my needs and provided clear, helpful guidance every step of the way. Communication was always prompt and reliable, which made everything smooth and stress-free. 16th May 2022 (3 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

28th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)If I could give 0 stars, I would. Where do I start? Fridge did not work for 14 months and they attended to arrange a replacement in August 2022. This didn’t get installed until October 2023. In this time, the freezer stopped working. The Dishwasher stopped working. Our sinks were blocked from the previous tenant, the balcony doorframes were rotten, they’d lost the keys for the window in the bedroom, the previous tenant had left furniture despite it being unfurnished. They said it had “freshly been painted” and then in the inventory put “in 2017”. Then, we had a leak behind our toilet, and the toilet was constantly flushing, it took them over 2 months to address this and inflicted a £600 bill which they have refused to contribute towards. Their service is abysmal, their understanding of regulation is appalling, and I would warn any tenant off letting with Mistoria. I am approaching the property ombudsman. Edit** - The white goods were replaced after 14 MONTHS. Your response is utter rubbish.
