1st Jul 2021 (4 years ago)We recently purchased a house in Harrow-on-the-Hill where Squires were acting for the sellers. I can honestly say that it was the best experience of having an agent on the other side that I have had. Mr Chand was extremely helpful in ensuring that the transaction moved at pace (our offer was accepted on 29 May 2021, we completed on 30 June 2021) and was always contactable and responsive. If you are looking for an estate agent, you could not do better.

From start to finish, the entire process was handled with efficiency and care. I was pleased with the service I received from Alex, Aaron and Anna throughout. 29th Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Instructed them to value a plot of land to move to a pension. They'd valued it for the bank a few years previously. When the chap showed up, he said he couldn't value it the normal way as he had nothing to compare it to, so suggested he estimate costs to build an office on it, then deduct the costs. His calculation came out negative. I told him to find me any land that I could be paid to own! He then guessed a value around 30% of the price he'd valued it at 5 years previously. Nothing had changed except gaining planning permission. Absolutely no use to us, completely incorrect value & it took them months to get to that point. Basically oxygen thieves.

14th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very concerning conduct by this agency regarding the repeat rental of a property where they KNOW black mould and damp are present, yet their excuse is that " the property owner is not prepared to spend any money on addressing the disrepair" So why if you are truly a reputable agency REVIVE which cares about tenants, would you continue to work with such a landlord?! Revive's culpability in the persistent rental of properties where there is evident and reported damp and black mould which is seriously detrimental to the health of young children, is disgraceful and clearly demonstrates their love of profits over people!

As a new landlord, I wasn’t fully familiar with the process, but James guided me every step of the way. He clearly explained all the available options, outlined the next steps, and made everything straightforward and stress-free. What really stood out was how quickly they worked — my house was rented out in less than two weeks, and tenants were moved in smoothly without any issues. Communication was excellent throughout; every question I had was answered within minutes, which gave me real confidence and peace of mind. They also arranged everything required, including the Gas Safety Certificate, EICR, and EPC, making the whole process completely hassle-free for me. 14th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)I was impressed with Rob's pricing strategy and also his knowledge and experience. He had thoroughly researched the selling prices of house in the area. Ashtons really go the extra mile. They employ a professional photographer to take amazing photos and the brochure was so well written. They also advertise on all the main house selling websites. The team is so hard working and give brilliant customer service. Not to mention, their fees are extremely reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend Ashtons to anyone selling their house.
8th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)Recently bought a house, and NJG Estate Agents were representing the seller. I honestly can’t express how well Nick Grobler handled everything from start to finish. The process ended up taking longer than expected (through no one’s fault), but Nick stayed on top of it the whole way — even while on holiday, he was taking calls and sorting out issues so things could move forward. When the house ran into a bit of trouble, Nick didn’t just sit back or hide behind a phone — he was hands-on, dealing with things directly and making sure everyone stayed in the loop. You could tell he genuinely cared about getting things done properly. He told me he’d look after me , and he really did. I’d trust NJG Estate Agents — and especially Nick — any day. Proper professional, but also down-to-earth and reliable.

But without using Agent Local i would have had a melt down, it’s been that emotional. 10/10 service and really glad I didn’t try sell it myself because my goodness the stress I’ve been through has been a rollercoaster and doing that alone would have been impossible for me.
