We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.

Nothing was too much trouble. We found out more from them than we did from our solicitor! Niamh and Bethany, who were managing the sale, deserve a special mention as they were very helpful and always acted in a professional manner. Chris and the team have been extremely helpful with suggesting the locations, helping us with furnishings, negotiating the contract with landlord and even finding the place that accepts pets. Just a pleasure to deal with when looking for your next home!

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)Unfortunately we found PL lacked communication. We often felt we were chasing and at certain points, they almost stopped making efforts which is really disappointing. We ended up switching to Oscar James who sold our home in a couple of weeks.
