Throughout the process, the team remained professional, helpful and persistent in getting things back on track.<br><br>Communication was good, and I appreciated their advice, patience and efforts in securing a new buyer and progressing the sale through to completion.<br><br>Selling a property as part of a family estate can be particularly demanding, so having an experienced and supportive estate agent made a real difference.<br><br>Many thanks to the team at Andrews. By far what stood out for me is Lamar was never shy to go above and beyond to explain complicated processes or offer an opinion on concerns I had or how we would deal with them. He must be so incredibly busy but at no point did he make me feel like I was asking too much or that he did not have time - he made time for me and the seller and saw us all the way through to what was, by all accounts from my friends and colleagues, a surprisingly pain free and smooth sale.<br><br>Thank you Lamar!
