Garnham H Bewley - East Grinstead
73-75 London Road, East Grinstead, West Sussex, RH19 1EQ
(12 reviews)
16th May 2026 (23 weeks ago)Had Garnham H Bewley provide me a valuation not knowing what my house was worth after 15 years here and after some recent upgrades carried out. Very knowledgeable of the local area, on what my house was worth and what it would likely sell for. If I do decide to move I’ll definitely use them in the future. Very friendly, enthusiastic but not pushy like other agents.
8th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Professional, friendly and kept us up to date about viewings.

21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)This is my third year with Merchants Estate Agents and continue to be fully satisfied with the service I have received. My property is being well cared for and at the same time looking after the tenant's interests.
5th Oct 2026 (22 days ago)We are incredibly grateful for the support and advice which Chase (Haywards Heath branch) offered us. Her knowledge of the market was brilliant, she knew the answers to all of our questions. Now isn’t the right time for us to move, yet we appreciated Chase’s approach and professionalism in every interaction we had. When the time is right for us, we will be going back to Chase for her help.
15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We didn't sell, had hardly any viewings. They said the market was bad at the moment which may have been the case, but it was more the lack of communication that made us decide to try someone else.
18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Can’t praise the staff more especially Joe and Andy who went above and beyond to get the sale over the line. Every time we thought it was over another hurdle reared its ugly head and they went that extra mile to smooth the matters out. Toby was excellent with the mortgage advice and I would highly recommend him. Also Arif was on board with fantastic communication when I spoke with him several times. I can highly recommend all the staff at Connells in Burgess Hill- 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Many thanks to Jack and the team for their continued support and professionalism. All of our emails and queries were responded to within minutes, communication was flawless.

We particularly liked the personal approach adopted by Richard and his sales team. We were kept informed throughout the sales process.
Once we had accepted an offer was when the ongoing support came into its own. Theresa did an excellent job keeping us and everyone in the chain informed and up to date. She was a godsend.
This really was an end to end service and I have no hesitation in recommending this company.- 2nd Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Excellent service

11th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)I recently sold my house through PSP Homes, Burgess Hill, after letting it out through them for 12 years. Andrew and his staff in both the Lettings department and Sales department are always very friendly and helpful. Lulu was outstanding throughout the sale, her communication was excellent and she did a brilliant job of keeping things moving. I would highly recommend PSP Homes.
5th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Belvoir have been a great letting agent for myself as a tenant for over 6 years. Their Haywards Heath team mainly Ceira Whittaker and Zoe Simpson who dealt with myself were always attentive and respectful, showing a level of professionalism that was a breath of fresh air compared to other companies. I wish them all the best!
17th Jun 2026 (19 weeks ago)The service provided by your firm through Stephen, Kate, Luisa and Simon and their colleagues was exemplary and in taking on the sale, you dealt with complications efficiently. I commend the way that the lettings department and the sales department worked so closely together to get the job done. I never had to explain or repeat information already given, and you were all on top of the process the whole time. This is exceptional service.

7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I have been dealing with Maggie Silcock at Connells in East Grinstead who has been both friendly and professional. Having provided her with the relevant criteria for the type of property that we are interested in, she quickly responded with details of a number of properties, two of which we have already viewed. Maggie also has excellent communication skills, and we look forward to receiving details of other possible properties in the future.
7th Oct 2026 (20 days ago)I assisted my daughter in getting her mortgage with Fox & Sons who have throughout her divorce have been more like a friend than a business trying to sign you up as a client. Robert Wing has been fantastic and highly recommended. His service is first class.- 15th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’re incredibly grateful to Victoria for helping us find our first home. From our initial enquiry and viewing, through to submitting an offer, completing the referencing process and finally moving in, everything was incredibly smooth and straightforward.

Victoria and the wider Connells team were friendly, helpful and professional throughout, making what could have been a stressful process feel completely hassle-free. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience - thank you!
- 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Highly recommend Gareth Pontin, who helped make buying our first home feel so much less daunting!

We initially went to Gareth with no idea whether we’d even be able to get a mortgage, due to one of us being on a VISA. Gareth was able to access a wide range of lenders that we wouldn’t have been able to approach ourselves, and he made the whole process feel much more straightforward.

Our purchase took longer than expected, but Gareth was able to secure us a new mortgage deal during the process. This meant our interest rate actually decreased, which was a fantastic result!

He also helped us arrange our buildings and life insurance, making the whole process much easier.

We had a really great experience and would highly recommend Gareth to anyone looking to buy their first home or remortgage. Thank you, Gareth!
