3rd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)I visited a property this evening listed as “A SPACIOUS ONE BEDROOM FIRST FLOOR SPLIT LEVEL FLAT“, no photos, no floor-plan. I asked for photos and was told “the photographer is on holiday” despite this being an older listing, reduced in price a week ago. When I arrived I was shown to ground level studio, little more than a bed in a kitchenette. I took some photos for them, let’s see if they add to their listing now they have some.

2nd Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)We recently found our new rental property through Homecare Estates in Wallington and could not be happier with the service provided from beginning to end. What immediately stood out is that because they are an independent, local firm (and not a massive chain) you genuinely feel they care about the quality of service they deliver. This personal commitment is evident in every interaction. The entire team was fantastic, guiding us seamlessly through every step, from the initial viewing right up to signing the tenancy agreement. This level of comprehensive support is a rarity. In a market saturated with awful agencies that solely prioritise maximising profit for the landlord, this agency is completely different. They strike a perfect, ethical balance: they genuinely care about both the landlords and the tenants, focusing on finding the right people who will look after the properties long-term. This focus on fit, rather than just finance, makes all the difference. We were already thrilled with the professionalism, but receiving a lovely welcome box full of goodies on moving day was the sweetest finishing touch! We are so incredibly happy with the entire process and wholeheartedly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property or seeking a management company that values people and property equally.

Carolina has been great at helping to keep the process moving. 22nd Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Credential has been the lettings agency that let and subsequently arranged the full management of my house in Tooting , London . The helpful and friendly staff at Credential let and managed this property for myself and my family for over 13 years . During this time the management of the property was handled professionally and I had no need to worry about the house . The tenants over this time also remained happy and so I guess this speaks for itself . I have been a bulk landlord for some 44 years and I would say that Credential has provided the best service of the management agents who I have dealt with over this time . I would recommend them to any other landlords requiring a lettings and full-management service .

Edward Ogden was always readily available and responded quickly when there were issues that needed addressing. Very professional. Highly recommend this agency and especially Edward.

24th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)"Unprofessional and Costly – Misguided Sellers and Left Buyers Out of Pocket" Review: Terrible experience. After months of progressing toward exchange, the estate agent allowed the sellers to pull out at the very last minute, leaving us with thousands of pounds in losses on legal fees, surveys, and wasted time. Throughout the process, the agency showed poor communication, misleading updates, and a total lack of responsibility in managing the sale properly. Either they couldn’t control the process, or they didn’t care enough to do so. A word of warning to potential sellers—if you’re considering using this agent, be very cautious. Based on our experience, they gave the sellers poor advice, encouraged unprofessional behaviour, and jeopardised the entire transaction. If you want serious buyers to trust your sale, choose a professional agent who won’t let it fall apart at the last minute. Would not recommend to anyone—buyers or sellers.

I told Manjit that I wanted to market my house fir interested developers as my house was a corner plot and had potential to build on to make a couple of apartments on it. Manjit got me the buyer’s I wanted, although it did take a bit of time due to planning permission etc. we got there in the end and I got the asking price I wanted. I am very pleased with the overall experience and would recommend anyone to give Martin & Co a chance to market their property to achieve their asking price. Good work Manjit and your team.

I first gave my property to a local agent who couldn’t rent it out, but Tennission managed to get it let within just two weeks! We chose Kenyons as we wanted a family run estate agent that cared about finding the right person for our property as opposed to just chasing the commission!<br>Last year we decided to sell our 3 bedroom family home as we were down sizing and we did not hesitate in giving the property to Kenyons. We were constantly updated with viewings and feedback (we didn't have many to be honest) and when an offer was accepted, the sale went through smoothly and quickly.<br>The whole team at Kenyons have gone above and beyond to assist with both our rental and with the recent sale of our property.<br>If you are looking for a highly motivated, caring and professional team, then I highly recommend Kenyons.
14th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)It would be impossible to overstate the chasm of difference between this agent and those I had tried previously to sell my home. Dean and Dierde, the owners, go far above and beyond the normal expectations, they have been incredibly supportive to me at a very stressful time, having had to sell and relocate myself and my 3 children at short notice. I would suggest to anyone not to waste valuable time on other agents, as I did, and go straight to them instead.
17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
