16th Jun 2022 (4 years ago)As always CJ Hole provided an excellent service selling my home from start to finish, I have previously used the Henleaze office, this time it was the Westbury-on-Trym office, and they have been equally good.- 15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We have had an extremely good experience with the Sales team at CJHole Downend. The manager David gave us excellent advice on how best to present our house to market and was confident in his valuation. Marketing was professionally thought out and presented and Cameron worked really hard taking viewers round and always gave us swift feedback after every viewing. We had a choice of offers and both David and Cameron were on hand to advise and discuss the best way forward. We always felt supported.<br>We would happily recommend their services.

We have again just bought and sold through G&L and once more recieved an exceptional service.<br><br>We really felt that Adele went out of her way to get our property sold in less than 2 weeks. Ever the property professional she helped us all the way along the process with excellent advice, always staying calm and solving problems when ever they arise.<br>Adele and Duncan also worked hard to find us a property once we were sold and because we had access to their upcoming listing's they found us something really amazing and we are truly grateful for that.<br><br>Then as anyone who has bought a house will know property chains are rarely simple. Lucy is in charge of sales progression and is always 4 steps ahead of everyone else. Leading the charge to chase down all the solicitors, other estate agents and vendors to get things moving. Lucy also kept me regularly updated during sometimes stressful times and we certainly appreciated it.<br><br>Big thank you to an excellent team once again at Goodman & Lilley in Henleaze. We continue to reccomended you highly to our friends and family.<br><br>JUNE 2020<br>I would highly recommend Goodman & Lilley and the amazing team at the Henleaze office. She was absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful from the very beginning, made arranging and attending viewings such an easy and enjoyable experience. She was very friendly professional and approachable, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.<br>I really appreciate how supportive, transparent and responsive she was throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond to help wherever she could, and her positive attitude made such a difference.<br>A real credit to the team - thank you for all your help — you’ve been absolutely brilliant!<br><br>Ahmed

Tyler Vear oversaw the process and was incredible. Tyler is so kind, helpful and kept us notified throughout the whole process, even when the solicitors were not communicating with either of us. We received helpful mortgage advise from Andy. Overall we are very grateful for all of the support from the Connells team and could not fault them. Tyler is an asset to the company and we would highly recommend her to anyone.

17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Agent did not take any notes and did not revisit before doing the write up for the advertisement he just used large chunks of the previous agent’s brochure. He even included a pond with a bridge over it which we had filled in when we took the house off the market several months before. The photos were not very good and the photographer was uninterested in bringing out the best in the house. There was a mistake in the floor plan listing 4 bedrooms when there are three. Feedback was slow and communication very poor. I even had a prospective purchaser stop me outside the house to say he had to wait to get an appointment to view but had finally got an appointment for the following week. I knew nothing of that appointment as had not been contacted at all. I could go on but that’s probably enough for you to get the picture. Different team members working on my sale who appeared to have different agendas and work against each other. Indifference to me as the vendor. Will not use again, termination of contract without house sale due to terrible service

So far, part way through my sale, I can honestly say I feel I chose the correct estate agent.- 13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We purchased a house through Connells and we were dealing with Tracey who was absolutely amazing. We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Being available until 7pm is a key and important feature of blue sky, as buyers have been able to contact them and get answers faster that agents I'm using to by who stop at 5
