Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

I would highly recommend KFH (and Ashleigh in particular) to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. During the process it was great to know I had support from my agents and they went the extra mile to keep things moving when there were holdups on the conveyancing front. I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.

Have interacted with Jayde and Sophie who is constantly keeping me updated and has been so informative thus far! Finally feels like I’m in safe hands, and hope it stays this way! Thank you for a great experience so far Coopers and dealing with any issues so effectively and efficiently.

We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction.<br><br>In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase.<br><br>It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

12th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)KFH were great. We worked mainly with Lynden to find and secure a flat. Lynden was great all the way from arranging the viewings to getting us the flat to helping us settle in. He was super helpful and responsive as our main KFH rep.

It is our first rental in UK and totally new to the formalities, Stephen made this process very easy and comfortable for us.
