20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very poor maintenance service. I constantly have to chase them for updates and repairs. Problems can take weeks or even nearly a month to be resolved. If you don’t keep reminding them, they simply don’t follow up or call back about issues in the house.

Adam was incredibly professional, kind, and supportive, and Warren was also so helpful throughout. They found me a property so quickly and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel so much easier. I truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended.
27th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I rented a property with this agency in 2024, and although I’m writing this review late, people should be aware of my experience. This was one of the worst agencies I have dealt with. The property was full of cockroaches when I moved in (I did not know before I move in). No proper measures were taken to eradicate them. During the tenancy, they agreed that I could move out, but after that they completely stopped answering calls and emails. Then one day, they suddenly sent me an email claiming I had breached the contract and refused to return my deposit. Very unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would strongly advise others to avoid this agency.
1st Dec 2025 (7 mo. ago)We’ve been with Sales and Letting Ltd for about 8 and a half years, and I’ve always had a great experience. They are very reliable, trustworthy, and always keep their word. Any time an issue came up, they handled it quickly and professionally. I’m genuinely happy with their service and would definitely recommend them.- 11th Mar 2026 (17 weeks ago)Great experience end to end. Good communication throughout the process. 2nd May 2026 (9 weeks ago)My mum used Alison at Alexanders to sell her flat in Hendon. She had lost all faith in estate agents based on their poor performance. However, Alison secured a buyer in a relatively short time. Throughout, the negotiations and due diligence period, Alison was responsive, professional, commercial and a delight to work. We would highly recommend both Alison and Alexanders.

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

13th Jun 2026 (23 days ago)Their communication was poor. One of their sales person dealing with my flat left just one day without no handover. Therefore my sales took weeks longer than it should have been. They are cheaper but they come at huge price of delays and lack of communication.

22nd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)I viewed a property through this estate agent, and it reeked of a strong food odour that would be difficult to remove from walls and furnishings. When I asked if it would be professionally cleaned or if the furnishings could be removed, Daniel, the agent was evasive. They insisted I provide all my personal documents before they can even ask the landlord, seemingly trying to pressure me into making an offer without any guarantee it would be honoured. They then ignored my email and only responded after the property had already been let.

We stayed at a flat managed by Mr & Mrs Simons for almost 5 years and anytime we needed anything fixed, help was sent very quickly. Their maintenance team lead by Amit was great too. We were sad to leave. We wish you all the best and thank you so much.

12th Jan 2026 (25 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.
