I'm really impressed with Danni who has kept on top of chasing progress and communications with all parties and keeping me updated and informed. Estate Agents are not cheap but I feel this service has been great value for money from marketing, to sale, to getting it finalised asap.

She did a fantastic job accompanying us at each stage of the process: visits, offer, negotiation and solicitors. Shash was able to offer expert advice on the properties we were considering, the market in general, and provided a wealth of experience on refurbishment and property improvements, which made our final decision much easier. Once we had found the best home for us, she facilitated the entire negotiation and purchase process, resolving queries and concerns right through until completion. Throughout she always conducted herself with empathy, transparency and the highest standards of integrity. We could not have asked for more!

Professional, first class, patient, and an advocate for me. It's too bad the landlord was being so difficult. Otherwise Carmen has been wonderful.

4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)We are an Australian family, that needed to relocate to London for work. As expats, the process of finding a property from overseas is extremely daunting, let alone all the different processes, nuances that might be obvious to a local, but not to a foreigner. As foreigners, we did not have UK credit history or rental history, so we actually failed the third party check, but James reassured us and stepped in when necessary to sort out these matters. Therefore we didn't have to pay 6-12 months rent in advance, which has been the case for others we know. He understood our predicament and assisted us with the process the whole way. He was always transparent and accommodating, providing lots of great tips and advice and responding in a timely manner. We had dealings with other agencies, who were not transparent and really put pressure on us to apply for properties to meet targets, rather than considering our needs. I am very grateful that James honoured/followed through on everything he said to us, and there were no surprises. Even after the signing of contract and we now deal with the landlord directly, he is always happy to respond to any questions I have and provide guidance/tips etc.

28th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)I appointed Daniel Mchenry as my agent to sell my flat, he not only showed a more positive approach from another agent, he pitched the property at a higher value. The buyer was found through a masterstroke on Daniels part, offered very close to my asking price, there was good communication, I'm very happy with the outcome.
11th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)As a resident of the building managed by this company and I am concerned about the security measures currently in place. Although there is a parcel room and CCTV, thefts continue to occur, and the services included in our service charges do not appear to be fully effective in protecting residents. These ongoing issues leave me feeling unsafe in my own home. While I am still relatively new to the building, I hope the management company will take prompt and effective action to improve security. I trust that with proper measures, the building can become a safe and well-managed environment for all residents.

I've tried reaching out to you but you never answer left messages for Eric and Ezgi - UNPROFESSIONAL I understand you and some members where off sick but everytime I drove past your office I could see everyone in the office present and working just not answering my call or messages which makes it more unprofessional . I did CALL and try reach out to you and still no response i left whats app messages on two seperate occasions and two different people still no response so from my point of view I was certainly patient and went above and beyond to try get a response from you which never came until I left a review then the response came instantly My main purpose was to sell the property and whilst working with you I felt the only thing you wanted to do was rent my property out for short let's at rock bottom prices which I certainly said no too especially at the low ball figures you offered me( very low figures borderline disturbing) I'm glad I got my property sold with another agent I believe being honest and transparent is very important in this field which I believe in my opinion I didn't receive from you as an agent We all make mistakes if you owned the mistake and apolisged for ignoring me then we could have resolved this Instanly but to say people where sick when I could see them working in the office has certainly left me disappointed in my humble opinion
