The service then with Ben was outstanding and so we knew who we wanted to go with when we were ready! The team turned things around very quickly to meet our timescales and were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. Emily was our key contact this time and she was proactive, had great communication providing us with daily updates and went the extra mile for us. Thank you team!

11th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I let 2 properties with kings estate agents and I can't praise them enough.they go above and beyond and are always on hand to help and guide you. They find excellent tennants manage the properties, they communicate everything to me that I need to know and bother me with things I don't. There fees are excellent for work they do. I cannot praise them all enough but special thanks to Christine and Andy you are amazing and I would be lost without you.

4th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From Valuation onwards through marketing and liaison with the Sales team, the performance of the agent was exceptional. The customer service was efficient warm and friendly with attention to detail and the personal touch made it a delight using them, I got a great service and they travelled to Hunmanby from Scarborough to do the valuations, they were always there early so as not to keep the viewers waiting, whereas in my experience with some other local agents this is not a consideration. During the stressful conveyancing process with Solicitors between Exchange and Completion Tracey and her colleagues gave a massive amount of support and as I have moved numerous times over the years, I can tell you Colin Ellis are the best in North Yorkshire, also their fees too are highly competitive which helps tremendously especially when moving home. You won't be disappointed go with the best believe me my review can be verified and trusted. Many thanks Colin Ellis from Jane Hall, recently sold bungalow in Hunmanby near Filey Last week

We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! Thank you so much to Michael, Natalie, & the Team for a job incredibly well done!!
24th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)Very pleasant freindly visit when pictures were taken giving helpfull tips and exchanged knowlege for services needed. We than ran into difficulty when buyer pulled out this was all chased up by Kaitlan who is a really credit to the company. With her help we secured another buyer in days, she also kept me informed all the way through even messaging in her own time to update and pass on questions. I would use again and recomend others use selectiv. As i say cant thank kaitlan enough for her effort and work ethic a real credit A1 service.

Throughout the 10 month process we dealt with all members of the team, and they were all so diligent and understanding. Special thanks to Mandy who supported to get things over the line in the last few weeks. We cannot recommend Wilman and Wilman enough!

22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. I paid a £150 holding deposit after being told the landlord had approved my application and that I would proceed as the tenant.<br><br>Only a few hours later, I was informed that the application had been rejected and the refund would be issued. The refund was not processed on time, forcing me to chase it daily with no proper communication or urgency. It was only returned after a full week of constant follow-ups.<br><br>Although the money was eventually refunded, the way this was handled was unacceptable, stressful, and shows a clear lack of professionalism and respect for tenants’ time and money. I would not use this agency again and strongly advise others to be cautious.

When we were choosing an estate agent we knew we needed someone with expertise, but it was Paul’s fantastic personality that truly won us over. You can’t buy a great personality and in the end, it was exactly his warmth and charisma that sold our house.<br><br>Paul doesn’t just do his job he truly goes above and beyond for his clients. We hit a few stressful difficulties when it came to exchanging contracts, but Paul completely stepped up. He did all the heavy lifting and constant chasing behind the scenes, entirely taking the stress off our shoulders.<br><br>If you want an agent who is brilliant at what they do and will give you 110%, Paul is your man.
