19th May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Thomas Connelly have been good trying to sell our house. They have been polite and courteous when reaching out, and they have tried different things to push the sale. I would have really liked more feedback and more of a push from there end to get creative in the sale space but I feel the experience overall is a positive one.

9th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)If I could leave no stars, I would. Very disappointing experience as buyers. We were encouraged on multiple occasions to increase our offers, only to be told much later that the seller was not actually in a position to proceed as they had not found anywhere to move to. Had this been made clear from the outset, we would never have increased our bids. Communication was inconsistent throughout, with long delays and changing explanations about the seller’s situation. We did not receive timely written confirmation of our offers or the seller’s responses, and only received a retrospective summary after repeatedly requesting clarity. Being pushed to increase our offer several times, only to later discover that the seller could not move forward, left us feeling that the process was driven by price rather than transparency. This lack of clarity and honesty caused unnecessary stress and ultimately led us to withdraw. We would strongly advise other buyers to ensure everything is confirmed in writing from the very beginning.Bourdeauxs Residential Sales & Lettings

31st Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Marie’s remarkable work ethic We were with another agent for 6 months, they showed know interest or drive to sell our house. We decided to go with a different agent. We went with Marie from fine and Country Marie had the drive and a different outlook on the selling of our home . She booked one open day for potential buyers to view, on that day we had a disaster, a water leak!!! (we were away at the time) Marie not only sold our house in it’s worst state , she helped with the clean up !! We were kept informed all the way through out the sale of our home . We would highly recommend Marie for her outstanding service , positive attitude and her remarkable work ethic!!

They were very helpful in dealing with the tenants upstairs from my takeaway and handled the situation professionally from start to finish. Communication was clear, and they were quick to respond whenever I needed assistance. They took the time to understand the issue and worked efficiently to help resolve it. I really appreciate their support and professionalism throughout the process. I would definitely recommend iLet Estate Agents to anyone looking for reliable and helpful property management services.
