1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates. They did then start contacting us sooner after viewings. Overall, fairly pleased. Their brand and professionalism is good, would be even better if they were clearer about communicating.

1st Sep 2025 (8 mo. ago)We feel that the landlord service offered by Andrew Granger is excellent, they quickly arranged a new tenant for the property. We were looked after very well by Kiran Munder who replied quickly to all queries and arranged for the maintenance of the property to be done efficiently before the new tenant moved in.
1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)We had a good experience during most of our tenancy, including multiple inspections throughout with no issues raised at the time. However, the end of tenancy process was very stressful. Communication became difficult, and there appeared to be inconsistencies in instructions and handling between staff, which made things confusing. There were several disputes regarding deductions from the deposit, and overall the process felt unnecessarily strict, with some points felt disproportionate. I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records, photos, and written confirmation of any instructions throughout the tenancy.

This is the second house we've sold through Stonhills and would absolutely go straight back to them if needed. 5 Star service all throughout

They were always available for viewings at any time for potential buyers and kept us updated on progress and always fed back in a timely manner Would recommend using Giggs if you have one in your area

I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

The agent who showed us round the property was a guy called Ed, we can not rate him highly enough. In my view his approach was just right - he was very professional but friendly, had excellent communication skills from the outset. He gave all the required information when we asked and kept in touch but was never pushy. I would not hesitate to recommend Ed at Oscar James, he is a real credit to the industry. Sadly not all Estate are the same for sure but we really felt that we were in good hands with this agent.- 7th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)Our house sold in just over 5 weeks after about 6 viewings.
