10th Aug 2020 (5 years ago)At the start the relationship was positive and friendly. A for sale board was requested but, never placed. We did not received feedback from the few viewings we had and unsure whether buyer/ viewer suitability checks were carried out - especially at these times with heightened cleaning and sanitising that needs to happen. We also received marketing letters although we were already with them and the claims on them we challenged as this was not reflecting our experiences. Communication was far for acceptable with not following up with promises to call by a certain time/ date and not responding to emails readily. To add to this they wanted us to drop the price of our property when realistically had not done enough to market it. Very disappointing and felt like we lost an amount of time with no progress.

16th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Been renting from these guys for 10+ years now and they have been nothing short of amazing. Problems dealt with quickly and efficiently. No issues with any of my dogs on inspections of the properties rented. Always helpful, polite, professional and treat you with respect. Unfortunately, have had to move on , but would definitely return- This agent doesn't have any reviews
6th Oct 2020 (5 years ago)I didn't use F&C as my Estate Agent, but having had such a great experience buying a house through them, they will certainly be the only firm I use in future. We went through 3 estate agents when selling our house and I could pick faults with all 3. However our interactions with F&C, and specifically Haydn and Kelly, were exemplary. They really do care about their clients and nothing was too much trouble for Haydn. He was prompt with enquiries and even through the Covid lockdown was available throughout (my firm furloughed everyone and didn't even tell me!!). Brilliant Estate Agents, wish I had used them from the start and will do in future and recommend them to friends. Keep up the good work ????

15th Jan 2021 (5 years ago)Have to say what a great service I have received from Brown & Co this year - every issue has been met with a friendly and efficient response, repairs etc made in a timely and efficient manner. Even with this Pandemic the team at Banbury have been great! Thank you - especially to Julie!
8th Aug 2018 (7 years ago)Contacted them 3 times and on each occasion was promised a call back. After 3 attempts I have still not heard back from them, clearly this is a company that does not value customer service!!

27th Feb 2023 (3 years ago)Hard to get hold of estate agent their phone just rang out. If we couldn’t get them then how to purchasers manage? Not timely in feeding back from viewings very poor!
