30th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)By far the worst estate agents I've ever had to work with, and if I ever see their name again, I'm running in the opposite direction! I wasn't so upset when it came to moving out, as we only had to go down the road, so was only more annoyed by their consistent unbothered attitude, but moving here we were moving up from London, and couldn't afford to mess around. They seem to forget this may be just a job for them, but for us it's about even having a home to live in. With every phone call, with a different member of staff, having to answer all of the same questions again and again, my stress levels and worry increased. They kept changing our move in date, which was frustrating as we had to book a man and van team. And so, when we finally did arrive and ended up having to sit OUTSIDE OUR NEW HOME FOR 3 HOURS while waiting for them to sort out an issue and give us the key, I wasn't mad, just deflated and exhausted. Experience with the Wymondham branch to move out was just as bad - couldn't get hold of them for information, but when they needed something from you, it was a different story! If you have the choice, there is Whittley Parish, a much better alternative.

Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.

19th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Very happy with the service I have received so far. All the staff are very helpful and respond to queries quickly and efficiently. The photos were very good. The property sold extremely quickly, hopefully it will all go ahead without too many hitches.

28th Nov 2025 (23 weeks ago)I can not fault Musker McIntyre on any level. Their level of understanding, combined with professionalism, at such a traumatic time as moving house, is remarkable in this day and age. I dealt mainly with one person, and I am not sure if I can name her on here! But she made my whole experience less stressful than in many other circumstances. To give an example, I have also, out of this area, used other agents, the transaction was cold, immature, calculating, and unprofessional. I could go on about the difference Muskers make to a sale ( not just the actual selling), but all the interaction surrounding the transaction. I was allowed to meet my potential buyers and interact with them, which does not often happen now with many agents. I will not move again......I hope, but if I do i will use Muskers

They made everything smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Communication was excellent, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions I had. Their expertise and attention to detail really stood out, ensuring everything was handled efficiently. I would highly recommend Strutt & Parker Norwich Estate Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy estate agent. A truly five-star experience!

23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)I have used Mills Knight for a number of years and always found that this family run estate and letting agency provide an excellent service. Directors Julie and Neil and their professional staff are available and hands-on, sourcing reliable tenants for my rental properties and managing them, for probate valuation, and more recently helping to guide the sale of my north Norwich rental flat to a satisfactory conclusion in a subdued market. The firm are well-known and respected locally, having operated from their Bank Plain office for 60 years, and I shall certainly continue to entrust them with my property affairs, as they consistently give sound advice on rental levels and realistic sale prices. They always pay attention to the detail. Keep up the good work!

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

We had to be there to do them ourselves 99% of the time. maybe they’re short staffed? but 1% of the overall sale price going to them for basically doing very little seems a bit steep. They did take the photographs, but we had to pay separately for that. They should actually have given us a fee reduction as we were doing all the viewings for them
