30th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)We brought a property from This Estate Agent - which was a 3 bedroom Bungalow- in the Skegness area- the Bungalow- nothing worked in the property and we had to spend a lot of money- upgrading the property- about 3 years ago We asked for a valuation on the property- This person who came out - was very rude and he criticised our property- as we had do a lot with upgrading the property- such as the garage was a other room - we had to strip the this room - as it did not fall into the council structure and standard- this Person- Mathew Holland - did not criticise the property- when he sold the property to US - this person is very rude and I would not recommend him or his services.

9th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Great to start with but once we signed contracts all communications stopped. We never received any updates at all, we had to chase them every time. We eventually gave notice in writing to terminate the contract and nobody bothered to contact us to ask why we were leaving? Very poor customer service

Extremely helpful in getting the purchase through at a price that was good for us, we were kept informed of progress, but more importantly they were very quick in coming back with responses to our questions. Thanks inparticular to Michael and Natalie for their friendliness and super-efficient assistance in getting this purchase through.

She always got me in for viewings and made sure I got my keys on time after completion, which was much appreciated. Thanks Alex!

The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. We have rented out a property for the very first time and it’s been a delightful experience. Abbie who works at the Mansfield branch has been amazing, the day we got the keys she helped us move some stuff into the house and reassured us on everything from the very beginning. The staff at the estate agents are also very welcoming and are so chilled. I don’t feel under pressure and nothing is ever a problem. It has definitely made this new experience very exciting. We’re over the moon with the whole process. We applied for the rented property and within 2 weeks we had the keys. Fast and easy service?????? The landlord has also looked after us and provided us with a property that we can now call our home. We have had the most outstanding service from the very start! We can’t wait to see what our future holds, thank you so so much ????????????

22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Spoke to Liberty in the office who was so helpful and enthusiastic, asked me all about my property , so very professional . I'd also like to add , that when it came to someone viewing my house , it was Liberty who showed them round , turned up before the viewing , asked me other questions about my property , you could tell that this ment as much to her as it did me . I've worked in sales for 25 years , i know my house is in very safe hands with Liberty and William H Brown . I will be going in too request Liberty does all my house viewings from now on .

29th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)As a landlord using their services for about 15 years I can recommend them without a second thought. They are friendly, responsive and helpful. This is independent agent (no faceless chain, franchise or private equity) which makes the whole experience more personal. Also my tenants have always been very happy with them, haven't heard any complaints.

From our initial valuation with Andrew, to our sale/offer with Naomi and purchase handled by Meghan, every step was professional but personal. We have recommended them to our friends and neighbours, could not praise them enough, thank you!
20th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)At the start the services were very well didnt know when it was time. To move out i was almost loosing all my deposite. Things pointed out was including weed at the garden for and animal poop" note i lived in with no pets , within 3yrs. There is were and tear. This. Was not to be looked? Being shouted by "manager" to drop the key simply because i had missed time to take the key back as i finished shifting at night . Mind you i made them aware i was to bring the key and i was driving to their office. The level of rudeness was soo bad i was lucky to have the deposite protection otherwise 90% was going away anyway never gain will i want the service. That is my view
2nd Apr 2026 (14 weeks ago)Came in, told me literally everything I needed to know , and boom it was sold- 23rd Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Turned up to a viewing that they said they had no knowledge about even though i spoke to them on the phone with Phillip and confirmed it plus got email to confirm it and then they say they would ring me back to book in another appointment and spoke to abbie on the phone yet they haven’t been in touch and this has been over a week simply not good enough this was the property for 45 william street in newark not professional at all

29th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)I first met Lora as a buyer, when she was selling the home I now live in. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and proactive. She is so personable and from the moment you meet her, you know that you are in good hands. Within a day, my own property was on the market and attracting viewings, and I genuinely feel she went above and beyond to secure a sale for me. The video she posted on social media was incredible and received more views and kind comments than I ever expected. My house wasn't up for sale long but throughout the process, Lora kept me informed and booked viewings in swiftly. Nothing is ever too much trouble for Lora. Once the sale was agreed, her support didn’t stop. She continued to exceed expectations, staying closely involved to ensure the move progressed quickly and smoothly. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully guided, supported, and advised. Lora’s dedication and care made a real difference, and I’m truly grateful for everything she did. Thank you again!
