15th Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Couldn't ask for better more professional estate agents. Always keep in touch, either on the phone or by email. The advertising was fantastic, the staff were always polite and prompt to.answer if we had any queries. I would highly recommend them
21st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)I have had multiple experience with the staff here and can honestly say that I would not go anywhere else. The staff are very professional, provide a great service and are very helpful and polite. Having both purchased and sold with whitegates and experienced superb service each time I though it was only fair that I shout about it so that others will know how good they really are. I only ever recommend them (and yes I have tried others in the past, my worst experience being with a company that has an X in there name). Whitegates however have and are always spot on, you wont go wrong using them. Diane was so easily contactable and sold our house so fast!!! We had a viewing I think it was less than 24hr advertised. Can't thank you enough for everything we highly recommend this estate agents, professional, honest, always available to answer our questions. No sales pitch, no sugar-coating - just honest advice. 19th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Marta was great and very professional even though the flat wasn't right for us she took the time to look at other properties with us, we have another viewing on Thursday with them and I expressed other homes I was interested in and she said she will sort it out so that we can see 3 properties one after another, great service and was lovely to meet Marta
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)Extremely unprofessional and rude customer service. I spent two days trying to book a property viewing, calling over 25 times before anyone even answered. Instead of helping me over the phone, they insisted I send an email—even though I explained I was on a tight deadline to move. I emailed immediately, stating I was available any day, any time. They ignored my email. When I called them back 15 times the next day, the representative was completely rude and refused to book a viewing, claiming someone else had seen it yesterday and would likely take it. To make matters worse, the property is still actively listed on OnTheMarket right now. Why ask for my availability via email, refuse to book a viewing, and leave the ad live if it's supposedly taken? The way I was spoken to felt dismissive and discriminatory. Older reviews might look good, but their current service is appalling. Save your time and avoid this agency.
23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Didn't get as far as actually dealing with them - saw an interesting flat, but the blurb was obviously written by AI, was unclear, contradictory and definitely inaccurate. Obviously hadn't ben proofread or edited. Made me wonder how much else they skimp on doing properly, so approached another agent.

18th Jul 2024 (2 years ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

She was meticulously organised and went above and beyond giving us all the information we could ask for. I don’t think I’ve ever been given so much information by an estate agent!<br>5 stars, great experience!
30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)5 Stars simply isn't enough for Stu and the team at Benningtons. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a very tight schedule, lots of bumps in the road, but Amber and Stu kept their cool, and showed nothing but professionalism throughout. Would 100% recommend. A big thank you from us.
