They were very helpful, thoughtful and caring throughout the purchase even when it was fraught with difficulties.<br><br>We were very grateful for the professional and prompt communication, and for the balanced negotiating skills from Jeremy and we were very impressed with Neil's friendly and open manner.<br><br>We highly recommend Brown and Co.

The post “sale” service was particularly good , which is where most agents (particularly the faceless internet based ones) fail in thinking the job is done,,, Bairstowes Mansfield Woodhouse kept being proactive and did not sit back just because a “sold” board had gone out and worked through to completion ??????- 15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Melissa and the rest of the team were very helpful, polite and professional, helping to make the process of selling my property as stress-free as possible, which was much appreciated!

I had confidence in his assessment of the property and way to market it.<br><br>We built a lasting relationship with everyone in the office. Communications and updates was timely and didn’t seem to take any effort. Always there to answer questions and provide updates. Love that you’re all in the same office and know exactly what is happening with each property.<br><br>Lovely people, lovely company! You should be proud of what you have achieved together.

Communication has been excellent from the outset, with questions answered quickly, requests passed on to the landlord promptly, plus regular updates throughout the process.<br><br>I particularly appreciated that Josh always acknowledged receipt of my emails, even when they didn’t necessarily warrant a reply. It’s a small detail, but it made a real difference and meant I always knew things were being dealt with.<br><br>The whole process has been professional, efficient and straightforward. I’ve felt well supported throughout and would happily recommend Sophie, Josh and the lettings team.
2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Incredibly poor communication - I had to chase my application myself multiple times, I was given incorrect information multiple times with no real care or apology given. When you are dealing with people’s lives and homes you would think there would be good level of customer service but this place does not provide that at all ! Would never use this letting agency again as I am nearing homelessness because of them.

Donna was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process, keeping me constantly updated and always making sure I knew what was happening. Her professionalism, knowledge and expertise were invaluable in navigating the potential issues that arose along the way. Donna was genuinely ‘on it’ the whole time and went above and beyond to keep everything moving and make what could have been a very stressful process so much easier. Although I hope I will never move again, if I were to do so, I would definitely use Freckleton Brown again. Thank you, Donna, for all your hard work and support.

7th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)Avoid Avoid Avoid.<br>Very disappointing and unacceptable service from Frank Innes Bingham<br><br>I would strongly advise anyone considering renting a property through Frank Innes in Bingham to think very carefully before proceeding. Our experience with their customer service from the very beginning has been extremely disappointing.<br><br>I would give one star only for the property viewing. Unfortunately, everything after that has been a very poor experience.<br><br>Frank Innes were fully aware that we were moving from Essex, yet we were asked to travel all the way to Bingham simply to sign the inventory document. I had to drive approximately six hours just to complete this paperwork, which was extremely inconvenient and unreasonable considering our circumstances.<br><br>However, the worst experience happened on the day we moved. We were already travelling with all our household belongings when we received a call informing us that the property had no electricity and that we would need to arrange this ourselves. This information should have been communicated to us well before our moving day.<br><br>It was a Saturday afternoon, and we were unable to contact the electricity supplier immediately. As a result, we were left without electricity and had to stay in a hotel for two days, despite having already moved our belongings and being ready to move into the property. This caused us significant inconvenience, stress and additional expense.<br><br>To make matters worse, we were provided with a mouldy fridge, which was extremely concerning from a hygiene and health perspective. We contacted Frank Innes multiple times by email regarding these issues, but received little to no response.<br><br>We even went personally to the Bingham office to try to resolve the situation. Instead of actually dealing with the problem, we were simply told to send an email. We showed the staff the emails we had already sent, and we were then told that a message would be sent internally so that someone could respond. This is not the level of customer service I would expect from a professional letting agent.<br><br>The whole experience has been incredibly stressful, especially when you are moving your entire household from another part of the country and relying on the letting agent to ensure the property is ready for occupation.<br><br>Communication has been extremely poor, the handling of the move was unacceptable, and the lack of response to our concerns has been very disappointing.<br><br>Based on our experience, I would not recommend Frank Innes Bingham to anyone looking for a property to rent. If you are considering renting through them, I would strongly suggest making sure everything is confirmed in writing before moving in and checking that essential services and facilities are actually available.<br><br>This has been an awful experience from beginning to end, and I sincerely hope other tenants do not have to go through what we have experienced.- 18th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Eve Walter assisted us with the letting of our property. We placed our property with Eve on the Tuesday and by the Saturday (5 Days) we had had new tenants. We were very happy with the professional and attentive service received from Eve.
