14th Apr 2026 (12 weeks ago)First photos were poor, I had to ask them to retake them a few times. No contact after it was on the market, no updates , had to phone for updates . Wouldn't recomnend Robert Ellis, we had a very bad experience with them, just feel it was a waste of time and a lost opportunity for us to sell our house.

22nd Jun 2026 (14 days ago)We initially chose Bairstow Eves in Mansfield Woodhouse as the most local to our property to sell in Warsop.<br>On Simons first visit we knew they would be the correct t choice, he fully explained the services and what we can expect. The sale price was discussed between us. We felt no need to approach any other agents<br>We then met with Reo and Jessica who were very professional and we were very happy for them attend all the viewings<br>Once the offer was accepted with the buyer, and the process began we were regularly kept up to date with the progress, we never had the need to chase up<br>The final transaction was very smooth and as stress free as house sales can be<br>We thank all the team, and highly recommend this Agent- 10th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)Laura and the Team have been been nothing short of 5 stars. The communication was fantastic and Donna could not have done more to push progress and keep us in the loop. I only wish we had used them to sell our property also. Would highly recommend and would use them again when needed.
