I originally chose Nick Griffith to sell my father's house simply because they had sold a house opposite to my father's. I am, however, very glad that I did. I live about 100 miles away and I felt that everything was in safe hands although I was so far away. They dealt with any queries/problems with the utmost professionalism and I am pleased to say the house sold at the asking price
16th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)Chancellors were solid throughout my first house purchase. The process is long and stressful by design (thanks, UK property market), but the team were responsive, communicative, and didn't do the thing where they ghost you for two weeks then act surprised you followed up. One specific thing that stood out: they marked the property as sold on all the portals as soon as my offer was accepted. Sounds minor, but I'd had another agent refuse to do this during a previous purchase attempt, which left the door open for competing offers. Chancellors just... did it, without being asked. That kind of small thing tells you a lot about how an agent actually operates. Would use them again. Genuinely.

We stayed in 43 Spring lake which was amazing value so clean and comfortable. We enjoyed it so much we booked a second week at 89 windrush lake which was even better. Have recommended to friends and family already. 5 stars just isn't enough. Thank you Natalie and Orion Holidays.

6th Mar 2026 (12 days ago)We sold our house through Fine & Country. Liz Teasdale and Nicola Lorraine held our hands every step of the way. They promptly answered any queries we had, were reassuring when the process was at its most pedantic and calmed us down when we were stressed. From the superb photos taken at the start, all the way through the whole process Nicola and Liz were professional and attentive and we cannot recommend them highly enough. They might be slightly more expensive than other Estate Agents but they were worth every penny. So glad we used Liz and Nicola.

A very smooth process and the whole staff work so hard to make it smooth . We felt that not only did they sell the house but they were totally approachable and able to answer any questions we had and offer various support through different processes . We would like to thank them for all their work, support and help. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to sell their property. They found me great tenants, walked alongside me through the process of getting flat ready for rental so smoothly, and I can honestly say I sleep easy knowing that they are managing the property. Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.- 12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Although Matt Davies at Knight Frank was not our agent for either our sale or our purchase, he was instrumental in getting our entire chain over the line hence why I felt the need to post a review. In what became a very complicated and stressful process, Matt consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. He worked tirelessly behind the scenes to coordinate across the chain, chase outstanding issues and keep momentum when things could easily have stalled. His determination, persistence and willingness to step in — even when it wasn’t strictly his responsibility — made a real difference. Thanks to Matt’s efforts the chain finally progressed to exchange, allowing us to secure a house that we absolutely love. His professionalism, commitment and proactive approach did not go unnoticed, and we are extremely grateful for the role he played in making the move happen.
