9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)Would give 0 stars. Easily the worst letting agents in Reading. They’ll never fix the problems and the basic requirements from you. Whatever you report goes into deaf ears. We’ve been reporting about faulty blinds , leaking bathroom and lots of sharp nails from beneath the carpets for more than 6 months with no one turning up even once. Stay away even if the property looks cool.

Kept in the loop with viewings and outcomes. Very useful feedback from potential buyers. Found the Street.co.uk app good. Would definitely use McFarlane Sales & Lettings again. Tim Stanley was excellent.

The whole team are professional, approachable and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience possible. A very special mention has to go to Charlie, who truly goes above and beyond. From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. If you are looking for an estate agent who is proactive, reliable and genuinely supportive, I would highly recommend Robinson Estate Agents. An exceptional service all round.
12th Mar 2026 (6 days ago)Our purchase of a property in Winslow through Alexander & Co was a positive experience - and Madelaine Thompson, who accompanied us for most of the journey, was always bright, positive and helpful. Others in the team stepped in when Madelaine was not available, and maintained the positive experience for us. The agent, of course, works for the vendor - but Alexander & Co had the purchaser's interests clearly in focus, and did their best to smooth over issues when they arose during the process.

23rd Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)Philip May's genuine enthusiasm for the property we were selling, and his ability to sell Hodsons' services sold Hodsons to me as the estate agent to choose to sell a family home. The subsequent progress has been excellent, with a well-qualified buyer lined up within weeks. The only criticism I have is that a 'For Sale' sign was erected in the garden of the property which was unoccupied, and I had specifically asked for no sign.

A sale was agreed within days of going on the market. All staff were efficient and kept us well informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend them.
16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)I had a good experience, the agent, Quentin Lee was very patient and made sure I get what I wanted. Just a small issue with the referencing, as the referencing is done from an external company so they don’t really have a hand in this. But otherwise I’m satisfied.
13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Michael Graham Estate Agents was easy to deal with. Their team were very helpful and knowledgable in the purchase process which helped to keep everything running smooothly. They adapted very well to an issue that occurred in a chain that broke and kept the purchase alive. They were exceptional in dealing with a challenging vendor and this helped progress things to a very satisfactory outcome. I would certainly deal with their team again and happy to endorse them and their services.

22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We recently bought our house from Farmer and Dyer and they were excellent in particular Simon. We had some uncertainty through the chain and he consistently went above and beyond to help even though this wasn’t his property but others in the chain. He always was responsive, proactive and made time to help and I think the main reason that everything worked out was because of him. Couldn’t recommend him and Farmer and Dyer enough!
19th Feb 2026 (27 days ago)Currently under offer and in today's market that means there is still a road to travel? However, choosing Jackson Bailey has so far proved a very good decision. My choice was based on viewing houses advertised with Jack 2 years ago and, now I am selling, "interviewing" Jack along with two household name agents locally : professional, friendly, reactive and efficient service and really understand the local market. No salesman -charm and then using faceless team members that know nothing about your property - exact opposite - hands on, genuine support from small, efficient and responsive team - well recoommend!- 7th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Julia and Katie were incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. They are both super friendly and professional, answered all my questions promptly and clearly, and helped arrange everything to fit my schedule. Communication and an honest approach has enabled us to get to this point. Whilst at times we have felt like giving up, Michael has been proactively chasing the chain, sending multiple updates, keeping us informed at all times and kept us motivated for the end goal. By far the best agent out there.
