The whole team were incredibly helpful throughout, from first meeting Nick to view the property to liaising with Karli and Sally during the purchase. Their knowledge and support made the process much easier for us. A fantastic company to deal with and one I would highly recommend.

Even when Paul was understandable distracted with unforeseen family matters, he remained in communication and showed great commitment and returned calls to make the entire process straightforward. On the last viewing told us we had secured it in the Saturday only to be told on the Tuesday that there was a higher bid. We have been brought in as a bidding baite in this property. Avoid this agent! No office to even call in

We offered on the property there and then and I remember it was late in the day on a Friday afternoon. Lucia couldn’t have been happier to answer any questions during the whole process from viewing to exchange.<br>She kept us informed and copied in to every email during sales progression and was professional and kind at all times. He worked across buyer and seller to get the deal done. After the price was agreed, Paul and the Singletons team remained engaged throughout the transaction helping resolve obstacles and keep the sale on track. Result was completion within 6 weeks. I can't recommend Singletons Pangbourne highly enough.
