29th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Jay and Mehmet In the Actor lettings department were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went over and above the call of duty due to my having fractured my ankle. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to friends locally.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Just sold my flat through Tate - a great service - David Harbottle was particularly helpful and responsive at all times. I've been a client of Tate for more than fifteen years. I can't fault them. It's a small team but an incredibly responsive and effective one. The firm has been on the ground in Battersea/Nine Elms for more than two decades so they know the area better than any competitor could ever hope to. From a personal perspective Tate understands my property and my priorities more than a larger agency ever could. This gives me peace of mind: I know that my needs and the needs of my tenants will be met promptly at all times. I also know from experience of other agencies in London and elsewhere that they are great value for money. I would heartily recommend Paul and the team.
11th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)I thought I hated living in London. Turns out I just hated living in a property managed by Winkworths. Would not recommend renting a property managed by this team. A year and a half of disrepair, ignored emails, unpaid reimbursements and gaslighting was a waking nightmare. They may have just been following orders from an unethical landlord... But they did follow those orders. Lots of anecdotes here but the most representative: I called to report a leak and black mould infestation behind the paint in my daughter's room. They noticed that the mould was only revealed because I'd attempted to attach a picture frame to the wall. They didn't do any mould remediation but they did threaten us that hanging anything on a wall broke the terms of the lease. Happy ending to the story, though. The kid's persistent cough cleared up immediately after we moved.

From start to finish, Tom was absolutely exceptional. He and his team were incredibly proactive and worked extremely hard to secure excellent tenants for our property, keeping us updated every step of the way. Tom was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always available, responsive, and genuinely willing to help with any questions or concerns we had. What really stood out was how much he went above and beyond what we would normally expect from a letting agent — nothing ever seemed like too much trouble. His professionalism, knowledge of the London rental market, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us gave us complete confidence that we were in very good hands. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency, excellent communication, and such a positive attitude so effortlessly. They’re always professional, friendly, and very prompt when it comes to addressing any issues. Everything is handled quickly and efficiently, which makes renting stress free. I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide and would highly recommend them.

Over the years I have worked with and for many estate agents and never have I come across one who is so proactive, professional and helpful in all respects. Also I gotta thank the contractor— a very sweet and great guy! And to the office team, they’ve always been quick and willing to help whenever there was an issue with the flat. Strongly recommend!!

He acted as the agent when our daughters purchased their first flats and was helpful, knowledgeable, and proactive throughout the entire process. Gary consistently chased both parties to keep everything moving smoothly and well managed. His communication and dedication really stood out, and we felt well supported from start to finish. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Gary to anyone buying in the area.
25th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)Daniel and his team delivered exactly as they set out from the start - particularly impressive as they took over from another agent who had not done so. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable, but most importantly, they understood that the vendor is their client. The post-sale agreed service was outstanding. Their dedicated team liaised proactively with the buyer, solicitors, and surveyors. This was an element of the process we had perhaps underestimated. Having that support made the final stages far smoother than they might otherwise have been. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fine & Country Chiswick/Ealing.
4th Mar 2026 (15 days ago)Very disappointing experience. I had an appointment booked to view a shop and had to take time off work to attend. I drove 45 minutes to the location, but when I arrived there was no one there to meet me or open the property, I contacted the office, only to be told that they had forgotten about the appointment and asked me to rearrange for another day. This was a complete waste of my time and very unprofessional. I hope they improve their communication and organisation so this doesn’t happen to others.

They were professional, approachable and easy to deal with. What I particularly appreciated was that they’re not overly aggressive in their approach - there’s no pressure or unnecessary stress, which you sometimes experience with other agencies. Communication was clear and consistent and they were always responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. They were supportive rather than pushy.

23rd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)Oliver and the team were such a pleasure the work with, due to their expertise and professionalism we were able to navigate and sell our property in a very difficult/stagnant market (2025). The advice they gave was very honest and direct which I found very refreshing compared to previous experiences with other agents. I would highly recommend Loporto Browne!
