They were brilliant from start to finish, keeping the conveyancing process moving, communicating effectively with all parties and efficiently supplying all necessary information. I would particularly recommend Jake Ginty, he was knowledgeable, efficient, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from him.

Thank you so much guys????????????- 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)We are an Australian family, that needed to relocate to London for work. As expats, the process of finding a property from overseas is extremely daunting, let alone all the different processes, nuances that might be obvious to a local, but not to a foreigner. As foreigners, we did not have UK credit history or rental history, so we actually failed the third party check, but James reassured us and stepped in when necessary to sort out these matters. Therefore we didn't have to pay 6-12 months rent in advance, which has been the case for others we know. He understood our predicament and assisted us with the process the whole way. He was always transparent and accommodating, providing lots of great tips and advice and responding in a timely manner. We had dealings with other agencies, who were not transparent and really put pressure on us to apply for properties to meet targets, rather than considering our needs. I am very grateful that James honoured/followed through on everything he said to us, and there were no surprises. Even after the signing of contract and we now deal with the landlord directly, he is always happy to respond to any questions I have and provide guidance/tips etc.
