Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

They were informative and professional from the get-go and Nikki kept in touch with us pre-purchase. while the purchase was going through Phil nursed it along and handled the slow and uncooperative solicitors very well. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the market place, the local area and was realistic with what we'd achieve for our property.<br>We had a bumpy road with the turbulent housing market, and it was a long journey to sale. However, Yas was there for us throughout the entire process. Yas always made me feel like she had all the time in the day to talk to me, I always felt valued and listened to.<br>Yas would always keep us in mind for onward purchases too. She showed us around a couple of properties, and was incredibly knowledgeable about them, and whilst the properties weren't right for us, the expertise Yas showed outshone other viewing experiences we'd had by miles.
