There also seemed to be some viewings done 10 days plus in advance. One or two I could have understood if someone was relocating but then cancellations would come in. There wasn’t any social media presence regarding my property dispute me being told there would be either. In today’s society I feel social media can be key in advertising

It has been an emotional process with many ups and downs, and both my husband and I are truly grateful to Joeanne and Kerry for staying alongside us throughout. Their patience, understanding, and steady support meant a great deal during what was sometimes a stressful and uncertain time. Joeanne, in particular, was incredibly kind, reassuring, and encouraging when we needed it most. We deeply appreciate their professionalism, persistence, and genuine care in helping us reach this important milestone. 18th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)Charge customer for a expensive cleaning service, when ever the room got broken toile cover and unclean floor from the beginning.Even the wall are dirty with broken mirror on the wall. They don't even want to repair the house ?just continue checking and annoying. Respond: The kitchen floor and ceiling are always flooded with water, but they do nothing for the leaking. I need to clean the floor for many times. They should pay for my cleaning service aswell. No matter how clean when I clean up the room, they always told the tenant it's not clean enough and charge for a expensive cleaning service. They just want to get your money from the deposit. Don't trust them !

Matt listed the property promptly and kept us updated with viewings and feedback. Once we sold he was emailing Solicitors on both sides for updates and always kept us in the loop. Matt was friendly but remained professional throughout and never made us feel unfortable or silly for asking questions. We would 100% recommend using Dawson Estates to anyone who's looking to list a property. Thank you so much to everyone involved for making the process as easy as possible. From start to finish, she was incredibly efficient, always on the ball, and kept everything running smoothly.<br><br>She made the whole process simple and stress-free, taking the worry out of selling my house. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)If I could give this estate agents a -0 STAR I would. ABSOLUTE JOKE and TRASH of a company, Terrible communication and customer service. No correspondence and don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Wasted 20 weeks of my time Didn’t even sell my home within the agreement time. Many times calling them and they would just let the phone ring, if you left a message they never call back or they tell you someone has booked to view your property when they didn’t. Don’t know how they’re even still open as an estate agents. DO NOT go with this estate agents YOU’LL REGRET IT as your house will be still on the market for years. Plenty of better estate agents out there save yourself the trouble and hassle.
