11th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)have been a tenant with Hamptons for five years now, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide. From day one, they have shown great attention to detail and genuine care, always making sure I feel supported and well looked after. The team is very serious and professional in everything they do, and I truly appreciate how reliable and responsive they are. Any issue or question I’ve had has always been handled efficiently and with care. A special mention goes to Dena Gold the property manager, who is absolutely the best. She is dedicated, professional, and always follows through on what she promises. It’s rare to find someone so reliable and committed to doing a great job. Dena is a real asset to Hamptons. I highly recommend Hamptons to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional property management company.

21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????
11th Oct 2025 (23 weeks ago)This agency is a joke. I caught the agent in our backgarden when he gave no notice. We were petrified and as single women it was a truely frightening experience. Stay away from them if possible. Truly awful

Any questions I had they answered quickly and I felt they went the extra mile to follow up with both parties solicitors and any other third parties involved in the process. Clare and Miles made my buying experience very smooth.
2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Really good!- 5th Mar 2026 (13 days ago)We sold our home through Robsons Rickmansworth. Our instructed agent was Matthew Gooder. Clear and repeated instructions about how to market our property were not followed by Mr Gooder, with Robsons marketing strategy proving weak with poor communication and little follow-through. We had specifically asked him to conduct viewings himself as he had promised at the outset (he never did) and a SAR request against this office later revealed offers that were not forwarded, undisclosed buyer interest and a premature cessation of marketing efforts despite our instructions. At the same time, Robsons were also involved in our onward purchase via another office. Mr Gooder repeatedly appeared distracted by the purchase. We later discovered he was central to a bitter dispute with that office at that exact time and there are cross-office financial incentives, giving rise to a substantial conflict of interest, that were never disclosed to us. This dispute went to court, making the national press and anyone considering instructing Mr Gooder should read it for themselves and consider if the toxic culture it highlights at Robsons is really in your best interests as clients. Search: “Nicholas Walker v Robsons Rickmansworth”. We raised all these concerns through Robsons’ complaints process but they've refused to investigate despite previous promises to do so. Overall our experience with Robsons proved unnecessarily stressful and the service provided by Mr Gooder in particular was extremely poor. We would not recommend using them.

After searching for around six months and viewing multiple properties with different estate agents, I still hadn’t found the right place. I then made an online enquiry about a property that had unfortunately already been sold but that turned out to be a blessing in disguise, because that’s when Wendy stepped in. From that moment on, Wendy went above and beyond. She took the time to truly understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of price, location, and the type of home I wanted. Thanks to her dedication and persistence, she helped me secure the ideal flat in the right location, at the right price, and without any stress. 25th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We were recommended to use SLM Property by two of their recent clients who spoke very highly of their professionalism and excellent standards of service which I strongly endorse. SLM Property is a family business and we placed our property for sale with them at the end of August 2025. All aspects of marketing and promotion were first class and as a result our property sold very quickly - just over 4 months from initial instruction to completion. Thank you Lance and Sophie.

We had questions about the property and Kevin responded immediately with the answer or would find out and come back to us quickly, he liaised with the vendor and solicitor throughout the process hence a smooth a stress free transaction. I would have no hesitation in recommending Layco
