Originally the property was sold subject to contract, I asked if it 'fell through' please contact me, it did! Voila, we got it. 29th Sep 2022 (4 years ago)I'd happily recommend Sharman Quinney to anyone looking for mortgage advisor. I used them to get a mortgage for purchasing my first house. Phil was extremely helpful and made the experience very easy. I had been left in the dark by another mortgage advisor which made the start of the already daunting experience even worse. Phil set me at ease, he made the effort to keep in contact and guide me through the whole process. He explained everything clearly and offered good advice wherever I was unsure. All while being a genuine and friendly guy who clearly cares about his client’s needs.

Honestly, it was the best viewing experience ever! David went above and beyond by even returning to the property so that my husband could view it too. That level of dedication, care, and commitment really deserves recognition. His personality, friendliness, and willingness to go the extra mile made the whole experience so much better. I would also like to give a massive thank you to Jaake for all his help while David was on holiday. Jaake was incredibly helpful, approachable, and informative, and he made sure I got all the information I needed. His support was greatly appreciated, and he was a pleasure to deal with. I dealt with Tracey Nicholls who gave me some great advice and got me the house of my dreams. Tracey called me straight away with any news regarding offers etc and kept me in the loop, all the staff I dealt with had a friendly helpful nature. 21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Exceptional experience selling with Pygotts Grantham, the process from valuation, official listing to viewers and a sale was under 2 weeks which is exactly what we were hoping for to get a shot at buying a house we loved!<br>Luke came round out of hours and was really enthusiastic about our property, this gave a great feeling from the off.<br>The whole team throughout the process were brilliant, handled all viewings, key management for surveys, constant communications, and helping push the chain along every step of the way. 20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

Communication was excellent throughout, and the regular data updates on how the listing was performing were a great touch.<br>Once we'd secured a buyer, they stayed with us, guiding us through the legal process right up to exchange. Stu and Amber are knowledgeable, friendly and always on hand. I can't recommend them highly enough.
