14th Jun 2025 (9 mo. ago)Having Louise as a single point of contact made such a difference, attentive, considerate, pragmatic (very much needed in the UK market!) and working alongside you. The journey of selling and purchasing a house can be challenging, however dont underestimate how having the right estate agent on your side can make all the difference. High recommend for Louise from me.
19th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)Henshaw Fox was not an agent known to me and their premises are not on the main shopping street of the town BUT they are all very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They kept us in the loop at all times even when we away from home. They quickly had all marketing completed for on line sites and photos available.
29th Mar 2023 (2 years ago)Spencer's maintained an excellent partnership throughout each n every enquiry from commications to negotiations to finalising Exchange and Completion dates. Losing the first chain to a developer pulling out at the exchange jaws was a setback but did not reduce the optimism of the Spencer's team if Mark, Will, Matt, Abigail and Christy. The market experienced a slight reduction at this time with a slowing of demand so we reviewed our sales strategies and felt a price reduction was necessary. Ultimately this tactic proved very successful, with the Spencer's teaming finding many potential buyers with many offers as one proved very satisfactory to a successful Exchange date after many delays along the way, with Spencers assisting in chasing Agents, Buyers, Solicitors along the way Thank you for your excellent service you provided to us; potentially the Best Estate Agents in Dorset.

15th Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)I amazed that they sell anything. Tried to contact them by phone on numerous occasions. Wanted to arrange a viewing, same message on the phone, "sorry nobody is available to take your call". In the end looked elseware
18th Dec 2023 (2 years ago)Unfortunately English Homes only considered a price reduction as the way to stimulate market interest. We had 3 viewings in 12 weeks. Feedback from the viewings was that they had properties to sell but weren’t put off by the property or the price.

My house went on the market just before the pandemic and so entered the market at a pretty difficult time. The photos taken for the details were absolutely excellent. I was kept well informed throughout the process and was pleased to be able to contact the agent at anytime. A brilliant service!

We had a constructive discussion re timing and pricing; the photos and description in the ads was excellent and the notification and feedback of viewings was exemplary. A buyer was identified and pricing agreed well within 2 months of the launch of the sale process.
