4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I can’t recommend Hurst Estate Agents Wycombe highly enough, and especially Gabriela. The sale was more complicated than most, with a Help to Buy transfer of equity and delays on my side that dragged things out, but Gabriela was patient, responsive and genuinely helpful throughout. She kept things moving, chased when needed, and didn’t make me feel like a burden even when the process took far longer than expected.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We wanted to sell, initially we were told that our property would attract alot of potential buyers and that it would take a predicted 6-8 months to find suitable buyers. When they come to value your property they will try and convince you that they'll do a good job however upon using their services we realised that JNP are highly inefficient and unprofessional. They will not vet viewers prior to making appointments & match suitable buyers with your property.<br><br>They don't give you feedback post viewings so that you can have constructive criticism to make your property more appealing to potential buyers. They will then continue to tell you that the market is slow whilst other properties in your area will sell the only difference is that they have listed their property with proactive agents. JNP are not proactive.<br><br>In conclusion listing your property with JNP is a complete and utter waste of time. Please find a suitable alternative and do not make the same mistake we did!

Whilst there are always hurdles with house buying and selling, the team, and especially Ben, were always on hand to help flatten them out!<br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt confident that they were on top of things, which gave us 100% assurance that things were always in hand.<br>I'd have no hesitation in using them again, or recommending them to anyone considering a house sale or purchase!
16th Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)After raising an issue with Chandler Garvey relating to the parking area at a local shopping parade in Maidenhead suffering from an uneven potholed surface, Gesica the Facillities Manager responded very quickly in a professional, informative and helpful manner. A temporary repair of a large pothole was carried out quickly and the entire parking area was resurfaced and parking spaces remarked in 2 weeks. A huge Thank You on behalf of myself and the local Community, Great Job!

After looking for multiple properties with other agents who would not even respond for take days, we had given hopes, but finally we managed to secure one with the help of Natasha at Addison Giles. She was very professional, helpful, easy to communicate and responsive . The entire process went very smooth and quick, which is what we were hoping for. Natasha made sure that the property was professionally cleaned and had everything ready beforehand so there was really not much we had to do. She even helped us suggest nearby free parking areas as the flat we rented did not have parking. She always made sure to return calls and answer all of our questions. Overall we had a five star experience with Addison Giles and Natasha and we would recommend their services to everyone. Thank you so much.

18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
