As expected with these things there were hiccups, but Alex did everything he could to ensure a smooth sale and keep me up to date with what was going on. It was a pleasure working with Alex, and I look forward to hopefully working with him and Crendon house again in the future

The team was always available, professional, and attentive to my needs, making what can often be a stressful process much easier and smoother. I especially appreciated the excellent communication and liaison with the seller, which helped everything progress efficiently. Their advice and recommendation of trusted partners, including the solicitor, was also extremely helpful and gave me confidence at every stage. I’m very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to buy a property.

The whole team have been amazing and genuinely do look after you throughout the process. I had previously tried Wye and Ford and Partners and the difference is night and day. I really wouldn’t bother with the others as they failed to deliver on several counts. I had many promises and assurances from other estate agents but Robertsons was the only one that delivered. I was with another Agent earlier and they were ok but not a patch on Fine And Country, being in this instance Josh and Charlie. Impeccably professional, honest and wholly trustworthy. She has assisted in getting my rental repainted and organised with getting the queries and defects resolved. Georgia arranged a inspection of my rental promptly, unlike 4 previous appointments made by Gemma Woods, that never materialised. I would recommend Georgia Peters, without reservation. 10th Jul 2025 (11 mo. ago)I cannot praise or recommend Brown and Merry Wendover enough. I have never been one to leave reviews, but I felt incredibly implied to do it in this case. Our fantastic experience began with viewing the house we were purchasing. We viewed the property two times, firstly with Sylvie and secondly with Ruby. Both were absolutely fantastic experiences, and they both did as much to sell the house as the property itself. On both occasions we were handed beautifully presented brochures, which were fantastic additions to the viewing and more than anything, fantastic memoirs for the house we were purchasing. They were knowledgeable, kind and not in anyway overbearing, completely contrasting all other experiences we had had with estate agents. We submitted an offer for the property, which was accepted, and were immediately given all options in relation to conveyancing, processes etc. Once again, a really thought through stage. During our purchase, through no fault of Brown and Merry's, we began having issues with our solicitors. And in particular, issues with an enquiry from our conveyancers. We were advised by them to call Brown and Merry for advice, and upon doing so were passed to Claire. Claire took it upon herself to liaise with us, the sellers, the sellers solicitor, our solicitor etc. to assist in organising a resolution that would allow exchange and completion. She chased everyone almost everyday, updating us throughout and creating communication between both sides where there never was before due to incompetent solicitors. We had a point of contact for which nothing was too much to help with, and the purest example of someone going above and beyond where they were in no way obligated to. I truly believe without Claire's assistance, we would not be at the exchange stage we are now. Thank you Claire. In summary, if you are thinking of buying or selling through Brown and Merry, you'd be hard pressed to find anyone better.

I needed one small thing repaired in the whole letting period. Was still waiting weeks later. Eventually got it fixed myself in two days for less than half the quote House Shaw finally got for me. Will use another agent next time.
