She was accessible at all times and responded to my many messages and emails promptly. Very kind and courteous in her management of the letting process. I was going through tough health times, however Ms. Thompson took care of the letting process and did an excellent professional job.A fantastic experience.

Jonathan was readily contactable throughout the entire process and his advice/guidance was incredibly valuable. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. As of May 2026, this will also, be illegal in, England & Wales)...Ulster. I know not?

They were accommodating and worked around our lives with two young kids when it came to viewings by their viewing agent. Selling even achieved above home report value with the well advertised and pictures taken. Provided recommendations for solicitors and surveyors they work with too. Would thoroughly recommend and will use again for future moves.

He’s been instrumental in helping us scale rapidly and is now managing a portfolio of 20 properties for us with complete professionalism. Lewis handles everything from tenant sourcing and compliance to ongoing maintenance and problem-solving, all with an incredible level of care and efficiency. What really sets him apart is his commitment - he genuinely treats each property as if it were his own. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and he’s become a trusted partner (and friend) along the way. He knows this game inside out, and our tenants love him also. Our properties are kept in tip top condition 247, 365 days of the year, and from a business point of view, our rents drop into our account as and when they are received with no issues. Thank you, Lewis - we couldn’t have done it without you!

From the outset, timescales and realistic expectations of the sales price were given and were very accurate. I was delighted with the sales price achieved and would have no hesitation in recommending their services.

The firm came recommended by a friend and I was very impressed by the service offered, especially that of Abbey who explained everything and kept the purchase moving along. The fees were outlined clearly and honestly and there were no hidden charges (as I had been warned by friends/colleagues from other companies). Abbey was professional, friendly and very quick to respond to all my queries. Thanks to everyone at Dallas McMillan and especially to Abbey! Will definitely be using again for any future requirements.

I knew from reviews that they would deliver an excellent service and I can now say that I would wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone. Within the first day of contacting Elevate, Joanne and her team had arranged the photographer and contacted the surveyor. By that evening, I had received a detailed timeline and overview of the process. Communication has been fantastic and the team have been so supportive and informative, which was really helpful especially as a first-time seller. My property sold within the week of going live! I am so grateful to Joanne and Sharon and the whole team. It took a couple of years for us to find a house in the local area that met our requirements, so we got to experience the excellent service provided by the team at Nicola Kennedy Residential when viewing properties over that period. They were by far the most professional of all the companies we came across and they always found a way to fit us in, even when very limited options for viewing were available that we could attend. Since we wanted to have the best possible pool of potential purchasers for selling our house we decided to use Nicola Kennedy Residential. We were delighted with the service throughout the process. Our house sold very quickly and went to closing date with offer accepted in less than 2 weeks We were regularly kept up to date, including after we accepted an offer, which was very helpful since we ended up in a short chain. I would happily recommend Nicola Kennedy Residential for selling your property.
