I was kept update to date with all interest in our property, and they provided advice and recommendations without prompting. 8th Oct 2025 (7 mo. ago)I was a property store tenant who they have merged with, please stay away if you are considering letting a property from them. SHH doesn't want to know the issues I had with the property store, property store once again don't reply to emails to get important information they have from my tenancy. Their complaints procedure is awful, and the follow the landlords requests while knowing that the landlord is lying. Too many people dealing with one property so you don't know who to contact, if I could give them a zero I would. I would have expected more from SHH now they have merged with the property store. Landlords claiming for damages they repaired when they haven't, claiming they didn't give permission for things, when they did. Advice if you are already letting from them, keep everything! Follow up phone calls with emails, follow up visits with emails so that when your tenancy ends you have everything!- 13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)The whole team have been amazing from helping us on buying to selling our property we couldn’t have asked for anyone better, Melissa , Danielle and Olivia have been the best and very professional we are very grateful for all there help.

I did feel a bit stressful but with Daniel and the team I had no worries at all. The house sold within 10 days! I cannot thank Daniel and his team enough.

Suzanne came out to provide the valuation and she really put us at ease and explained everything well. Throughout the viewings process the team kept us updated about how things were going and provided us great advice on what our options were when offers started to come in. Either you are trying to buy or sell this company is to stay away from. Can’t reply a simple email with a simple question or they are constantly out of office.

Prices were comparable to the larger estate agents, but the real plus point was the service Walker Wylie provide, which goes above and beyond. Barry was patient when our search for a new property was slower than we had hoped, and gave us sound advice on the market and bidding. When we did eventually come to sell the flat in 2025, the process was smooth and everyone at Walker Wylie was helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend using their services for a more personal approach!

I had offers on my house within 1 week of it being put on the market and accepted an offer within 2 weeks. Selling your house can be very stressful but the professionalism from Hometown really made the process as simple as it could be.
